Terrible app. Always being told to many request. Streaming site just doesn't work. Takes ages to set up and you don't get the service. I wouldn't have even given it 1 star.
Let's down all the rugby fans

Tried to watch England XV v France XV today. 30 mins into the game the website shut down. “Too many requests”. On the evidence of this and other requests, this is a poor service from World Rugby.

Downloaded the app some months ago, went to watch England v France (June 21st 2025) and it just keeps crashing and then won’t let you back in. They need to employ some grownups in IT and spend some money testing the service at scale.

Logged in to watch England v France. Poor quality. Then booted out with no explanation. Can't sign back in as "too many requests" they are just not capable of handling the traffic volume. Farcical and very irritating. My son having identical problems in London.

Would give zero stars if it were possible -Absolute rubbish! Watched the first 5 minutes of England France and then lost service wit the ridiculous error message 'too many requests'!
They should not be let anywhere near internationals if they cannot guarantee a reliable service.

Midway through live coverage of England xv vs France XV the website crashed and wouldn't allow me to re-enter stating 'too many requests' why is the RFU giving broadcast rights to this niche and franlly sub-standard service?

I signed in to watch England v France at 2.45, watched the first half an hour from 3.15, all perfect..... then the feed stopped and a message saying 'too many requests' came up. I tried to log in on my phone but got the 'too many requests' message despite more than a dozen attempts. Finally got the feed back on my computer but only for 5 minutes. The feed stopped and I was asked to sign in again but it wouldn't let me. After which I gave up. Very disappointing. Free viewing promised but the streaming platform appeared unable to cope with the demand.

Had a log in but they ask me to change my password,every time I try and watch a game, still could not log on too many users! Useless site, will not use again. By the other reviews seems they dont care.

Terrible service keeps stopping access even if you are one of the lucky ones to get logged in

Another awful dodgy website. Often freezes and throws you out after a few minutes streaming then it is impossible to log back in.

Try to log on - won’t connect “too many requests” system freezes. If and when you get on the site the buffering makes the viewing unwatchable - I have 150mbps and with all other devices switched off nothing improves. Come on RFU sort this out because at the moment it’s a waste of time👎

I logged on to watch the England XV vs France XV game - the only coverage in the UK.

I already had an account, but had to get a pass code and re-set my password for no reason that was explained. The first time it just froze, but on the second occasion it worked.

No info about when the coverage was actually starting, even though the site was offering a link to “live coverage” so a long wait before anything happens shortly before kick off.

Coverage was fine for about half an hour before stopping and taking me, yet again, to a log in page. This time it wanted my date of birth, not to gather more of my data, oh no, but to check that the content I was watching was age appropriate.

Having selected my actual date of birth using the site’s own drop down menu, it the told me that my date of birth was invalid! Unbelievable

Subsequent attempt to log back in failed because of the sites general incompetence- lots of dead screens and errors once I got beyond the landing page

Altogether utterly useless. I recommend that you avoid these chancers. If I didn’t know it wasn’t a genuine website I’d swear it was a pirate site offering a dodgy feed, it was that bad and amateurish

Poor streaming as to many requests for England XV v France XV, who would have guessed. Shouldn't be difficult to provide what you promise.

Like most of World Rugbys stuff does not work and is an embarrassment compared to other sports

Absolutely shocking. Just spent the last 2 hours trying to get this to work in time for the England v France match. What a complete waste of time, not fit for purpose, reminded me of the quality of dial up internet. It's 2025, get your tech together because you're not even close.

Completely useless, cannot sign in or even set up new account??? If the RFU want people to watch England need to dump this and find an app or tv company that can actually supply coverage!
