Utterly useless, I cant watch any rugby on tv, I can't even find out how to watch Rugby Pass on my smart TV.
How disappointing, the RFU ought to be able mto do better than this.

Not fit for purpose. Is this one of the Rfu s operations? Managed to watch 20 mins of poor quality video before website crashed

What a dreadful website and app. Totally useless, needlessly complicated and unfit for games at national level. The quicker this company is stopped from televising games the better.

Connecting to the service was straightforward and without incident but the picture quality was disappointing. It is not HD quality and if that is what you are used to the result is unsatisfactory.

Why has the RFU chosen to partner with RugbyPass. It is obvious they do not have the infrastructure to provide any sort of enjoyable experience whilst watching England v France. If you did eventually manage to get on line, the game was interrupted with signal drop outs and the need to sign in repeatedly. As for the commentators. Hearing the referee conversing with the other officials has been long-time coming and adds to the game. Why do the commentators insist in talking over these conversations.

Absolute rubbish. Can't watch a whole game, keeps dropping out & then tells me too many attempts.
No wonder it's free. Rubbish

Absolutely rubbish missed over half of the England vs France game as it would not let me login on any of my devices or the tv, error of too many requests kept popping up all my friends had the same issue.

Would give this a minus score if there was an option.

I won’t be attempting to watch the further England games through this platform which is a shame as I am an avid fan.

RugbyPass TV streaming keeps dropping out forcing you to log-in again and then listen to an advert.
Also streaming quality is poor even when working.
Message "Too many requests" is a problem too delaying reconnection.

This is not currently fit for purpose.

It’s crap. Sorry I have to do 10characters I have every subscription but this one. It’s painful and I don’t get to see the game.

Can’t log in. Can’t register. Repeated ‘Too many requests’ error messages which after 40 minutes still keep showing. After 50 minutes got to log on only to find you can’t cast it to the TV. Total joke!!

Too many requests error keeps throwing me out mid game. Very annoying. The only website that this happens on. Hopeless.

Rubbish. Kept getting interruptions in service and 'too many requests' notifications.

Trying to watch England v France rugby and every 10 mins losing the stream and receiving an error message ‘too many requests’. I’m the only person with access to the account and the only person using it on a single device. Really frustrating.

Complete waste of time. Either unable to login to website or app to watch a live game, and when eventually you can get in it drops you out after 5 or 10 minutes. You then spend another 5 or 10 mins trying to get back in. Also took multiple attempts to cast it to my tv before again dropping me out a short time later. I can’t watch tv like this. Utter cr@p, what happened to being able to watch our national sports teams on competent tv channels.

I would give 0 if I could. I set up Rugby Pass TV for the first time today to watch England v France, With 15 minutes into the game the app dropped out and when I tried to log back in I was told I had logged in two many times bearing in mind I had only logged in twice. We have great Superfast broadband so cannot understand what the problem is. Reading the other reviews I will not bother again.

Unable to an access their channel via the on line signing up process. I eventually gave up. Their intentions may be good but I found their service ineffective.

Site and app doesn't work at all

Dreadful app. Try to log in and told too many requests and to change my network or wifi. Missed the game, because of your awful service. Seriously messed my Saturday up. Give this app and service a miss

Hitting refresh soo many times to get out of the recurring "Too Many Requests" Finally managed to log on and got to watch 5 miutes of the match before I was kicked out and back to "Too Many Requests" What a lot of nonense RugbyPass is
