I would like to extend a big thank you to Fiona, who took excellent care of me throughout the entire process, both before and after my surgery. She efficiently organized the surgery date, provided all the necessary information, and helped arrange my travel, including transfers from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the clinic. Everything went smoothly, and I truly appreciated her availability at all hours, day and night. Another reason I chose Royal Hair Clinic was the quick availability of a surgery date, which was very convenient for me.
However, there are a few aspects I’d like to address. Despite confirming the final price for the surgery in advance and sending photos of the areas that needed attention, I was asked to pay an additional 390 EUR for an extra donor area, which was not previously agreed upon. I recommend keeping some extra funds available in case of unexpected charges.

Additionally, I found that the clinic staff had limited English proficiency, so it might be helpful to have a translation tool or service prepared.

After the surgery, I experienced significant swelling on my face for several days. After researching, I found that some hair transplant doctors suggest this could be related to hygiene, but the consultant assured me it was a normal part of the healing process. After 5-6 days, the swelling did subside.

One concern I have is that the crown area wasn't covered as thoroughly as expected. Very few follicles were implanted in this area. After an 8-hour surgery, I was too exhausted to discuss this with the doctor, but I feel it could have been addressed better.

Overall, I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.

Non posso che confermare quanto letto nei mesi precedenti. Sono stati abbastanza professionali e cortesi. Ottimo l'hotel dove si appoggia la clinica (anche loro molto cortesi e attenti ai tuoi possibili bisogni) e ottimo il servizio transfer sempre molto puntuale e gradevole. Ringrazio l'assistente per l'Italia Rezarta (5 stelle), per essere stata presente nei momenti dell'organizzazione del viaggio e per il supporto ricevuto in fase pre e post operatoria. Potete contare su di lei tranquillamente. Sono a circa 11 giorni post trapianto, ed al momento sembra andare tutto per il meglio. Ringrazio Royal hair per questa bella esperienza. Consigliatissimo.

Extremely unfavorable experience. The initial agreed price was not respected, and an additional €500 was subsequently charged. The procedure was carried out with the eyes covered, motivated by the use of a substance considered harmful to vision.

I found myself very well, quality service and welcoming staff, everything very clean and a professional environment. All these things made this experience beautiful.

Ho cercato informazioni su più siti, ma la signora Rezarta mi ha impressionato molto positivamente.
Il trattamento lo fatto presso la clinica di Tirana, e devo dire che dall'arrivo all'aereoporto fino alla fine del ciclo sono sempre stato al centro dell'attenzione da parte di tutto lo staff...
Ancora oggi a distanza di 15 giorni devo dire che il risultato inizia a vedersi, e la signora Rezarta continua a darmi assistenza in tutto....

Ho fatto il trapianto a fine gennaio, posso dire che è stata una esperienza positiva nel complesso, sono stato seguito dall’inizio alla fine, e ancora oggi dopo due settimane dal trapianto, sono ancora seguito dalla bravissima Rezarta, la quale ha sempre saputo seguirmi con professionalità. Clinica ben organizzata, sono venuti incontro i miei desideri e mi hanno supportato al meglio.

Sono rimasto veramente contento della clinica e dalla professionalità dei medici, struttura pulita e ben organizzata accoglienza e ospitalità al top. Un ringraziamento va anche alla persona che mi segue tutt'ora oggi tramite chat (Rezarta) qualunque dubbio o perplessità subito mi scrive grazie ancora di tutto. Vi er blevet behandlet som kongelige, mens vi var her på vores besøg.
Hotellet og hospitalet har været fantastisk.
Fuona har været min kontakt ovre i Tyrkiet og hendes efterværn har 5*.
Hun har klaret alt, hvilket betyder, at jeg ikke behøvede at bekymre mig om noget.

I’m gonna list price for most things so you know what to expect and what you want to do

Rezarta the medical assistant will be your contact person with getting information and setting up dates for procedure, she has been great.

Royal hair has been great and the communication has been good throughout the whole process. When looking for the right clinic research and ask questions communication should be priority between you and the clinic.

Price - this is the most important to people traveling abroad and I get it you want to have enough for the procedure and the flight. My procedure cost me $1,460 and the procedure I chose was the DHI method. From what I researched DHI was a need for the best results , not saying FUE doesn’t give you good results but DHI gives you more density.

If they need to take from another donor area there will be an additional charge of $260 but it’s not mandatory to do it is just highly recommended.

Pain - the pain was a mf but that was because of the local anesthesia, just a bunch of long needles being poked into your head over and over until your unable to feel it. The painless option is there but it’s $140. After the anesthesia taps in you don’t feel much from there on. It is uncomfortable being awake through the process because your sitting there and not moving , the painless option puts you to sleep and you wake up when it’s done. Your looking at an 8hr procedure.

Hotel : the hotel was great , I wasn’t fond of the food but you can figure out how to order food from restaurants around the area. Purchased a European conversion wall outlet from Amazon for about $9, the outlets are not the same as the U.S.

People: google translate will be your best friend , they try their best to understand you but you’ll be wasting time trying to explain to them , I’ve had pretty good convos with people there using google translate.

Respect them , they don’t understand you much so do your best with google translate to explain , they have a translator there but they walk around from person to person translating.

After care : I had my first wash today and man I’ll tell you the donor area is so sensitive to the cold water but overall it went well. They will give you after care shampoo and foam at no extra charge it comes as part of the package. There is a 6-month after care product option that cost about 230 euros.

Transplanted hair has fallen out as expected due to the shock loss phase
Itching went from mild to occasionally

I have been using coconut oil and pure rosemary oil for moisturizer and growth

Supplements - iron and biotin

All has been going as expected with transplant
I was worried for a bit with the shock loss due to the bald appearance but can see hairs starting to sprout

Buonasera , sto al decimo giorno dal trapianto di capelli eseguito presso la royal , devo dire al momento sono sodisfatto , l'unica cosa che consiglierei alla clinica e di migliorare alcuni aspetti quali i traduttori sono quasi assenti , o meglio li vedi ogni oretta al max , e gli standard di professionalità a livello di accortezze igenico-sanitarie fondamentali per costruire un rapporto di fiducia , del resto mi sono trovato molto bene
