Thanks to Rezarta, my personal assistant that explained me and organized the trip from Italy to Albania for hair transplant.
In Tirana the clinic staff was hearty and professional, just one day for the intervention and the day after back home. Now I am waiting to see soon good results on my head. Still with WhatsApp I am in contact with Turkish clinic for any doubt.

Ottimo il lavoro e l'empatia dello staff medico, sia delle infermiere che del chirurgo. Unica nota dolente il prezzo che sembrava essere bloccato ad una cifra promozionale ma in clinica è cresciuto poco prima dell'intervento.

Sono molto soddisfatto nel complesso di questa esperienza. Vorrei sottolineare la professionalità di Rezarta che fin dall'inizio ha risposto a tutte le mie domande con pazienza e disponibilità, spiegandomi dettagliatamente ogni singolo step inerente il trapianto di capelli. Personale medico molto competente e preciso. Ambiente pulito e accogliente. Consiglio a chi volesse usufruire di un trattamento.

Rezarta was very professional, understanding and easy to work with. Took care of all the transits to and from the hospital, to the hotel and airport. She even helped try to locate a taxi that my wife had accidentally left her backpack that had a few items of minor value. She translated and seemed to at times get after the workers at the hospital for not bringing me water when I had asked a couple of times. I think the only real issue/disappointment is had was with the hotel staff. Beware, even those guys are trying to rip you off. I needed a special adapter to charge my phone and laptop and both times was overcharged for the adapter, I only found out because the 2nd guy tried to charge me double, but when I called him out on it he folded like a lawn chair. It was then that I realized that I couldn't really trust them 100%. Would honestly have given 4 maybe 4.5 stars, but Rezarta made up for their short comings.

L'assistenza tramite WhatsApp è ottima, ho trovato una persona gentilissima garbata e sempre pronta a rispondere, precisa nelle spiegazioni lavora davvero con dedizione e con tanta pazienza 👍👍

Clinica Istanbul pessima esperienza. Trapianto DHI effettuato il 9 novembre 2024. Mi comunicano prima dell'intervento che che avrebbero trapiantato dai 4000 ai 4500 bulbi max ed invece senza dirmelo me ne trapiantano 5105 provancado evidenti spazi vuoti nella zona donatrice, per questo mi ritroverò il prossimo anno a dover riempire alcuni buchi con un nuovo trapianto....poi mi creano una attaccatura frontale non equilibrata ma asimmetrica, la linea frontale prima dell'intervento é stata disegnata a mano senza l'ausilio del tipico macchinario con luce rossa che controlla l'equilibrio destro e sinistro del disegno.... Per questo ho chiesto alla referente che ancora oggi non mi dice quando, come e quali eventuali costi si dovranno affrontare per recuperare meglio il loro sbaglio della mia attaccactura. Il 9 novembre prima di fare l'intervento ti fanno pagare in contanti nonostante sui loro materiali di comunicazione dicono che é facoltativo pagare sia con carta di credito con una commissione del 15% o con altri metodi, ma stranamente quando paghi con carta ti dicono che la carta la carta non funziona ( la sera prima pagai la cena in hotel con carta e la riutilizzai l giorno dopo in areoporto Ataturk, funzionava benissimo ). Per via del mio pagamento parziale che avrei completato saldando il giorno dopo mi trattengo abusivamente i documenti senza dirmelo approfittando della fatto che ero stanco e sedato dopo 11 ore di intervento... ovviamente al mattino dopo il 10 novembre in Hotel mi risveglio pensando di avere perso i miei documenti di identità, situazione psicologicamente butta in una paese straniero e fuori dalla comunità europea, avevo paura di non poter lasciare la turchia dove dovendomi precipitare al consolato con il rischio di perdere il volo, stesso giorno del controllo il clinica, poi mi reco senza documenti e dopo aver saldato reclamo i miei documenti esasperato e me li restituiscono stile scambio di soldi per ostaggio.
Poi mi propongono un kit di prodotti di mantenimento che magicamente al pagamento con carta di credito funziona perfettamente. Ho fatto anche trapianto alle sopracciglia che non é stato fatto bene. Ora dovrò valutare di andare presso un'altra clinica per fare le correzioni del caso. Purtroppo anche se mi é stato detto dalla referente ( che ti risponde su WhatsApp dopo 7 giorni ) dicono di dare la loro disponibilità per recuperare ma non mi dicono nient'altro su come vogliono procedere non me.
Al momento la mia zona donatrice a distanza di quasi tre mesi ha un sacco di buchi e spazi vuoti, una cosa molto brutta ed imbarazzante per me che mi dà molto disagio.
A 4 mesi dall'intervento la clinica deve ancora valutare se é il caso di intervenire per risolvere l'asimmetria della mia attaccatura frontale nonostante sia così evidente.

I would like to extend a big thank you to Fiona, who took excellent care of me throughout the entire process, both before and after my surgery. She efficiently organized the surgery date, provided all the necessary information, and helped arrange my travel, including transfers from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the clinic. Everything went smoothly, and I truly appreciated her availability at all hours, day and night. Her professionalism and support made the experience much easier for me.

One of the reasons I chose Royal Hair Clinic was the quick availability of a surgery date, which was very convenient for my schedule. However, there are a few aspects I’d like to address. Despite confirming the final price for the surgery in advance and sending photos of the areas that needed attention, I was asked to pay extra euros for an additional donor area, which was not previously agreed upon. I recommend keeping some extra funds available in case of unexpected charges.

Another issue was that the crown area was not filled as thoroughly as I had expected. Very few follicles were implanted in this area, which was disappointing. Additionally, it became clear that more follicles from the chest and beard would have been necessary to properly cover the recipient area.

I also noticed that the clinic staff had limited English proficiency, so it might be useful for future patients to have a translation tool or service prepared.

Overall, while I appreciated the organization and care provided by Fiona, I believe some aspects of the procedure could have been handled better. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.
