Worst company I’ve ever dealt with poor communication delivery over 3 week later

I have to commend Gonzalo as since I emailed the sales team, they honoured and refunded the issues I had with them so I have to say my experience has been "challenging" like others but communication was good to the point we came to a resolution hence the change of review from bad to an actual 5 star.
I've amended my review to still state and say speaking to Gonzalo from beginning was helpful and even offered discount to get the order affordable.
In RBK's defense before I get into why my review was originally a 1 star, I should of read their website for further details in regards to shipping but this is also where my disagreement begins as you never ever read every single website and if I'm unsure, I make contact like I did.
So if you're going to make a purchase, make sure you are aware of shipping costs as well as duty fee and ask if they can gain a quote from UPS or FedEx as they can definitely provide this so that both parties are aware of the total delivery costs.
But managed to get this all resolved and I like to commend RBK professionalism during this matter.

Ordered the Eventuri intake for my AMG A45S from Royal Bodykits for delivery to Australia as there was a 8 to 12 week wait for supply locally. The part was shipped within 7 days as promised and arrived by UPS 5 days later. Communication with the seller was perfect throughout and I am a very happy customer.

All was ok for me, i orderd a rear difuser after checking they had it in stock. I was delivered the following week. The price all and all was maybe 15 or 20 eur more than the maxton site but i did not wait 6 weeks.
The difuser looks ok, all the stickers match as i read reviews saying it is not authentic merchandise.
I had a good and friendly experience so i can recommend.

This company went silent after I ordered a complete body kit for my S580 Mercedes. The package was delivered with massive damages and this is after it took longer than the estimated delivery to arrive. I requested a refund after several noted damages to the kit and the company never responded. Stay away from this business.

I ordered a Maxton spoiler for my Alfa. I don’t know what the previous reviews are on about! The product that arrived was spot on, fitted well and has given the Giulia a better look. I know it’s not the OEM part but it looks close enough. Because I live in Jersey and with current global crises going on I expected to pay extra for delivery, I also expected that as a re-seller for Maxton that delivery times might be flexible, I was told 4-6 weeks and it took just over 6 weeks. Gonzalo was a pleasure to communicate with and I received what I wanted at a fair price. I’d happily buy again from RBR. Thanks Gonzalo 👍

Unauthentic parts as I confirmed with manufacturer part numbers.manufacturer states they do not work with Royal body kits.shipping took forever and cost a lot. Now I'm stuck with parts that are junk. Gonzalo does not work either any integrity. Do not order parts from Royal body kits.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Placed an order for parts that indicated were in stock at a reasonable price. Then 3 days later I got an email for an estimated shipping cost of almost £20. Very expensive, but I accepted and paid as I wanted the goods quickly. We are now 6 weeks later and still no goods. I have spoken with Gonzalo, previously to chase the order, and he said he would get back to me last week but surprise, surprise he didn't call back. Just called and told him I wanted a full refund. Seems like a bit of a con to me. Don't be fooled by the cheap prices, as the shipping will make your order more expensive than other suppliers.
****REPLY: Are you kidding me? You are obligated to reimburse me because you have taken my money without delivering the goods! Furthermore, your claim that I agreed to the extended lead time is a blatant lie. I have the emails I sent to you as evidence, clearly stating that I couldn't wait for four weeks. Your response, promising to expedite the delivery, was merely a ploy to take my money without actually following through or even contacting me when you said you would.

Moreover, it's worth noting that it took you three days from the date of my order to send me an invoice for shipping. This delay is a display of disrespect towards your customers. I am not the one disrespecting anyone here. In fact, your unprofessional and dismissive response on this platform is a clear demonstration of your own lack of respect.

To anyone foolish enough to consider purchasing anything from this abysmal company, please be warned!

I dislike how u paid for shipping after you order an they give you the shipping cost after, then have to wait 3 months before you get the product .
Also after you get your product delivery few weeks down the line fedex send you a letter to paid the custom charges which knocks the price up on your items I really made a mistake buying the bodykit from here . Never again .

Misleading website - no clarity on shipping price until you place the order and pay for the item in full, then they charge an extortionate amount for shipping on a separate invoice a day later. If you ask to cancel the order they threaten to retain 25% of your money.
7 weeks later and I still don't have my item and beginning to think it will never come. Do what I did and use a credit card so you can get your money back in full.

I ordered an item from Japan.
This shop offers the best service and the best products.
I don't speak English, but I used Google Translate to order.
Mr. Gonzalo, who was in charge, responded politely.
Unfortunately, there was an error in some of the items that were delivered, but after that, they immediately sent out additional correct items.

You can shop safely even from Japan!

Purchased the full kit from Maxton Design for my Audi RSQ8 and from the initial was advised about the current lead time (which was 4-6 weeks). Have to say that it took about 1 more week, but every time I requested an update I was answered within the same day or the next.
Goods have been delivered and they look perfect.

Thank you very much guys for your work.

1)Ordered a fuel cap , was told to paid additional 45 euros for shipping
2) was told to wait 3-4 weeks , but took 2 months to received
3) fitment was lousy, my workshop even trim the fuel cap but still unable to fit

Honestly everything good, just the shipping costs that are not clear, also the whatsapp assistance work good and responded to me in matter of 2 hours

I purchased a hood and paid $900 usd to ship.

Then they said they made a mistake and needed an additional $203 Euros to ship it. So I reluctantly paid it.

Then they shipped me the wrong hood a month later then they promised. Then asked me to hold onto the wrong hood.

They took another month to ship me the right hood and promised to refund the extra $203 in shipping costs when I filed a complaint with PayPal - once I got the hood I dropped the PayPal complaint with chat logs of them promising to refund the promised money but they refused. They said they don’t know how to use PayPal and then ignored me.

Never do business with them. Scam.
