Nice quality products and good service
Nice quality products and good service. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the Royal Mail delivery which was a day later than forecast (and tracking via the website said they had tried to deliver but no-one was in, which wasn't true).

Shocking delivery on this occasion and still waiting.
I am really disappointed this time with the service i have received. I have always been happy with their products but ordered a chainsaw bar last week and got an email to say that it’s been dispatched and still no sign of it 5 days later. I really needed this bar so had to buy another genuine Stihl bar yesterday plus i have had no reply to my email i sent. The delivery service is shocking on this occasion and will try another company for now on.
Very disappointed !!
