Fantastic.
These guys are great. Cannot recommend highly enough. Some of the order went missing, which happens. Sorted instantly, new stuff sent out.
I ordered some extra parts I didn’t need which was 100% my issue. They offered to pick them up and refund them.
Just a really pleasant experience.

Im very disappointed
Im very disappointed. Been costumer several times. Any order was delayed. But now is one month waiting to complete delivery. I been contacted them many times and only says really sorry and promise next week delivery is. I can't finish jobs because didn't get materials. I will go to order somewhere else and ask for refund. I loose money time and
my costumers are not happy. This is worse experience I ever had.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration. While we’re pleased that the main bulk of your cladding order has been delivered, we know this does not help when the remaining items are holding up your job.
Unfortunately, we were let down by one of our suppliers regarding the screws needed to complete your order. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we appreciate that the delays have impacted both your time and your customers.
The missing items have now been confirmed for delivery, and we are personally monitoring this closely to ensure they arrive as soon as possible. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and previous custom. your feedback is highly valued and will help us to make improvements.
Kind regards
