I was after a specific control unit from LG ESS that combines two of their batteries for a single PV installation. LG told me it was unavailable due to chip shortages till October, and most LG suppliers had not responded. This was a minor piece of business for Romatech but I got full client services. They sourced the box, kept me updated on progress, delivered as promised, on the agreed date and to price. Installed and working, it's saved 100's kg CO2 this year. A company that cares. Five Stars!

Fitted an ohme charger. Superb initial advice, excellent ongoing support/communication throughout and a very tidy job when installed. And the best of 3 quotes. Have since recommended to two other people who have also used them successfully. Would definitely recommend.

Just had my new Ohme Home Pro charger installed by Romatech for my Tesla . Fantastic unit and robust software all set up by the two engineers (Ben and Mick) who did a clean, tidy and professional job. Highly recommended if you are looking to have a charger installed at home and a big thanks to Emma Hunter for her high quality customer service and taking care of all the arrangements.

Having not heard from Romatech regarding an installation, I enquired as to the progress of my works. Initially I had no response, so upon following this up I was responded to rudely and unprofessionally. I have gone elsewhere and would not recommend.

An excellent service from Romatech in fitting an ev charge point. Good advice from Robin in selecting the most suitable charger, Emma very efficient organising installation, and the local electrician, Sean, did a great job and couldn't have been more helpful.

They provided an excellent service and great communication when needed. The product is small and very fairly priced - the fitter made a suggestion which has meant a really neat installation outside my property.

Had a wall charger installed, communication throughout the whole process was great. Managed to pull the install forward as my car was delivered early. Installation engineer was a great guy, gave me options on install & made sure he cleaned everything up afterwards. Highly recommend.

I don't normally write reviews but in this case I felt a positive review of an excellent company was worth the time. From initial contact (Emma) through installation (Justin) to support (Robin) the process to get paperwork completed, charger up and running plus usage queries were handled superbly. I would unreservedly recommend Romatech for any EV Charger supply and install.

I don't usually leave reviews but wanted to do so in this case, as I was so impressed with the quality of product and services provided by Romatech. The whole process was very simple and straightforward, from the initial online form, through the assessment call to the final fitting.

As a new EV owner, there is a lot of different things to get used to and the installation of your own charger can be a little daunting but, thanks to Robin and his team, it was a painless experience.

Bottom line is that they do exactly what they say they will, when they say they will do it and are a friendly yet professional outfit.

I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs a new charger installed.

We had the Ohme fitted yesterday morning. It took about three hours for the installation and Robert responded to all of our questions and installation placement requests etc. The charger linked immediately with the Ohme app and charged on the lowest tariff last night perfectly. Emma and Robin offered immediate email and phone support - over and above. The process from initial contact to completed installation took three weeks, but that included waiting for our distributor to update our 60amp to 100amp main fuse and the grant application. I would definitely recommend Romatech services.

I was contacted by Romatech within a day of registering my interest with Rightcharge.co.uk for an Ohme EV charger for a Renault Zoe 5 that was on order.

Following this we had a number of emails to provide some details with photos for the survey, a phone call to clarify some points and to consider different options. We had a few more emails as we took the opportunity to make a minor changes to our home electrics whilst installing the EV charger.

The whole process was really efficient and dealing with the team at Romatech was a great experience. Andrew, Emma and Robin were knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. During the remote survey Robin also spotted some faults with our home electrics that I'd not noticed and we arranged to have these repaired when the installer visited. The installer Justin was great and did an excellent job.

The whole process from first contact to final installation took under 4 weeks. Romatech handled all the paperwork from start to finish, the cost was very reasonable, my home electrics are improved and I'm delighted with the EV charger.

I can highly recommend Romatech to anyone needing an EV charger.
