Rolux UK Arvostelua

Rolux were very efficient from the very first contact. They were recommended by a family member. The surveyor explained the roller door product clearly, arrived promptly. The quality of the door and motor is outstanding, the installation was seamless, very tidy and we are extremely pleased with the end result. Would definitely recommend this company

Very good team. The Roller door I needed was slightly different to the normal. I was able to discuss our requirements and order the correct door. The door was delivered on time. Very well packaged to prevent damage in transit. The door is well finished and very smooth in operation.

The fitters came when they said they would, were clean and efficient and cleared up properly afterwards.
The door works well and is exactly what we wanted.

The installation of my new Rolux garage door was very efficient and the door and control systems work perfectly. The door looks very nice and the installation was to a high standard.

Had quotations from a number of companies, and Rolux were slightly more expensive that some. However the quality of the goods, reviews/ good reputation, and feeling we got from the showroom and staff, made our minds up that dealing locally, and for what we were getting, was worth the small extra price difference. In honesty after fitting and now in daily use, its one of the best investments in our house that we have made. very happy and would recommend to anyone

I looked at several companies. Some quotes were cheaper, some more expensive. I chose ROLUX UK. I felt that the customer service and advice pre-decision and going forward pre-order was excellent. The delivery time was much sooner than I expected. The two man team were punctual, courteous and respectful, and worked efficiently. They were tidy throughout and once the installation and been completed. I have no regrets in choosing ROLUX UK and would recommend this company for the quality of the product, value for money and the service from survey to installation completion.

I needed to replace an old roller blind. A guy came to measure up, everything worked out with the office and booked for install the following week. Two guys arrived to install and everything was done within a couple of hours despite the rain. Really nice guys. All rubbish removed and pot plants put back in original position. Couldn't have asked for more. Many thanks.

Really good and efficient work and tidying up to.

I've used my double garage as a storeroom for the past 20 years as the two single doors installed by the buider were just too narrow for easy parking. After ordering a new car I decided that I would park the car in the garage this time. After measuring up I realised that the car wouldn't fit between the arms of the doors.

After contacting Rolux they said they could replace the single doors with a double door before I took delivery of the new car. I am delighted to report that they did exactly that. From initial contact to completion of the work took less than three weeks.

This was not straightforward as, in addition to measuring up and manufacturing the door, a steel beam was needed to support the weight of the V-shaped roof above the doors. To install this, Rolux inserted temporary steel supports through the pointing between a row of bricks, so they could then remove three rows of bricks above and between the doors on the inner side of garage. The steel beam was then lifted into position and the temporary supports removed. After that the fitting of the new electric door was easy!

The end result is I have a very good looking garage door and the surrounding brickwork looks as it did before Rolux started work. So overall a great experience. If only all building work was like this.

We were really pleased with the work that Rolux carried out. The garage door looks fantastic being so neat and tidy. We thoroughly recommend Rolux !

From the outset, this company were efficient and informative. From my contact with Jacquie, to the installation and assistance from Adam and Jordan, I cannot fault anything. I would definitely recommend this firm A****

Always professional, great correspondence and patience. Fantastic product of great quality. Highly recommended.

Really good service from start to finish. The lads were really friendly. They did a really good job on the installation, removed the old door and frame and even swept up after themselves. Top quality door at a good price. Will certainly use again.

My awning installation was completed exactly on the date and at the time agreed in advance. The two-man team worked efficiently and had completed the work in a couple of hours. I would expect nothing less from Rolux. What was remarkable was that the outdoor installtion was completed in the pouring rain! Well done to team Rolux!

Very happy with our new garage door. The fitters came when expected fitted the new garage door, explained how the remote worked and tidied up after themselves.

Have used this company previously for roller garage doors and now a motorised patio sun canopy. Quality of materials is excellent. Fitters are very polite and professional. An outstanding company and prices are very reasonable. Will undoubtedly use again.

The surveyor was excellent and pleasant to deal with.
The installing engineers were punctual and efficient, completing the job much more quickly than anticipated. The door seems to work very well.
I did think the installers were a little brusque, certainly compared with the surveyor, but they certainly knew their job.

Efficient yet friendly, arrived on time and kept to schedule. Knowledgable and gave appropriate advice. Ensured everything was working well and left the site clean and clear of debris.

When looking for a new roller door for the garage, a friend recommended Rolux. They provided a great competitive service. Helping us chose the most suitable option with efficient and friendly professional service throughout. I would highly recommend this company without hesitation. Thank you.
