Rolux UK Arvostelua

A very good experience overall with Rolex. Shop manager showed me various types of door but wasn’t pushy at all. Having chosen the one I wanted, it was fitted efficiently and with no mess yesterday. I am very pleased with it. Friendly staff in the shop as well as the two fitters who installed it. Thank you Rolex.

The whole process from initial contact to installation was only 3 weeks. We needed exterior fitted roller doors for the carport due to long cars and an awkward centre pillar. The surveyor worked out the logistics and the fitters did an amazing job fitting it - in a morning! We were kept informed every step of the way by the lovely chaps in the office. Thoroughly recommended!

Good communication form all at Rolux from first point of contact to completion, no sales pitch just straight forward to deal with.
The install team were first class working tirelessly for two days to complete a complex conversion that has exceeded our expectations, the garage is much more usable and easy to access with our new roller door, and we have already received positive comments from the neighbours .We can highly recommend Rolux UK

Good pre-sales service. The installation team was tidy and on time and left the site clean. The product and work are of top quality.

We initially had a demonstration in the local showroom where our options for replacing the garage door were fully explained. Based on that we opted for the top of the range roller door. Thereafter the process was smooth, firstly a site survey and a date for installation agreed. Two people turned up on time and completed the work, cleaning up any mess and taking away the old door and fittings. A demo of how the door operated was given. From start to finish all the people we spoke to were polite and professional. I can confidently recommend Rolux to anyone considering replacing their garage door.

Can't fault the service provided, it was excellent from start to finish. Lewis completed the initial site visit who was very knowledgeable and understanding as the installation was at my elderly father's house and spent time explaiming all the options. The installer was fantastic, very professional and happy to answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend this family business to anyone.

Good quality garage door, clean tidy and pleasant installation team, and leave no mess, everything cleaned when complete, excellent 👍

This was an excellent job, done by neat and tidy guys- they were polite, efficient and thorough.
Actually converted our 2 doors into one, in a single day- reasonably priced too

From initial quotes, viewing the electric roller garage doors examples in the showroom, through to installation, it was a simple, easy and quick process. From confirming the order to installation was completed in less than 2 weeks! Very pleased with the quality , fit and finish of the garage door, excellent job all round. Would certainly recommend Rolux UK.

Everyone we dealt with was friendly helpful and professional and the garage door is excellent. They came to do the survey when they said they would. They telephoned and kept in touch at every stage. They fitted the door quickly and efficiently and left everywhere clean and tidy. We particularly liked the fact that we could go into the shop to get advice and talk things over. When the door had been installed John then rang us from the shop to check we were happy with everything. We are very pleased and the garage door is excellent.

The fitters did a great job. They were polite, efficient and timely. The new door looks great and works well.

From the first time i got in touch with the company they have been excellent. It only took 2 weeks for them to come and fit my new door. The lads that came to fit my new electric door were very professional and cleaned all the mess up, also took away my old door. Highly recommend.

From start to finish this service was exceptional. We were impressed by the representative who provided the estimate and placed the order on our behalf. We were given an installation date as soon as the order was booked. The installation team were excellent, very friendly and they took the time to give a comprehensive explanation regarding the fitting and operation of the shutter door. I could not fault the service we received in any way and would certainly recommend Rolux UK to anyone considering a roller shutter door. Many thanks to all concerned.

Rolux have just completed the installation of a sun awning for us.
The service we received during the planning phase was prompt, courteous and efficient.
Installation was as good. The installation team arrived on time, protected the working area and installed the awning as agreed for our location.
The awning has already been used several times. It works well and achieves what we wanted,

Had a Rolux garage door fitted recently. Customer service was great and the installation was booked in quickly and completed within half a day.

Needed a new shed door, decided on a Roller Door (makes life a lot easier getting things in and out).Quick turnaround from order to delivery, good quality door, good price...Impressed !

The fitters arrived on time, were polite and friendly, installed our sun awning and cleared up. Every thing went according to plan.

The project was done on time and efficiently erected including demolition of a wall and new beam installed. Everything was kept very clean.
The door works well and looks good.

From start to finish the team at Rolux were friendly and professional. Super double garage door, fitted quickly and efficiently at a very good price. This was a replacement for a pair of doors supplied by Rolux over 25 years ago - before we bought the property.

This is one of the few companies we've used that did exactly what they said they'd do!

On time, on budget, without fuss or bother.

The guys from project start to completion were great.

From initial quote, backroom staff and on site team, etc, they couldn't have made our life any easier.

Highly recommend this company to anyone wanting similar work carried out.
