More of a 5/10 than a 3/5. Slow communication and poor packaging of order but returned for a full refund although still out a few quid from postage.

Having ordered a board game along with some brushes from them with a promotional "free delivery", I was surprised at how poorly the package had been put together when I opened it upon receipt. Upon opening I found the board game, still in cellophane wrap, showing signs of damage and a long tear across two edges. I asked to return the game and over the course of 2 weeks I was refunded what I paid although my return postage cost was higher than the value of items I wasn't returning, hence leaving me around £6 out of pocket.

The resolution is not ideal and I was open to exchanging items but resorted to returning and refunding. I post this as a potential heads up to other consumers and as a reminder to Rogue Games to improve their packaging and improve the effectiveness of their communication.

Very good prices, I,m not in a hurry when I buy but it takes a week for the back order to arrive (for me, great). There was a mistake in my order but they responded remarkably well to it.

The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that I try to be constructive and they took three days to respond. The last message I wrote was answered immediately which makes me think that there is a fault in the web when you send your complaint directly (the last message was directly from my email). This aspect can be improved, I believe that answering immediately makes customers feel safer. That said, I’m quite happy with the delivery, the solution and the price. I have no doubt that I’ll buy from them again.

Rogue Games are very professional and their customer services were great. I purchased 2 Battletomes for Age Of Sigmar. Both hardback books arrived in perfect condition and have become very useful resources. To be fair it was a webpage order and my experience of their customer service is limited. But, they seem very professional.

I have to again mention the professionalism of Rogue Games. They were extremely professional regarding the mistakes in my previous review.

Rogue Games will no doubt become one of my preferred distant seller due to their professionalism.

Bought the Adeptus titanicus starter set. Was on back order when I bought and Gamesworkshop were out of stock so was a little wait but came quick once they had there delivery.

Product arrived on release day as stated and with a little bag of haribo in there as well!! Great service will be returning in the future for more purchases
