Rogue Games Arvostelua 

This is a great game ,played it with friends children now bought it for our grandchildren .Easy ordering online and quick delivery ,would use Rogue games again .

I bought 2 boxed sets & they arrived within 48 hours. I didn;t have any reason to contact them so can't comment on that. The prices were good though I've since found better.

placed an order, item was in stock at time of order, now website is saying only available on backorder. no contact phone number, only a contact form which i have sent 3 messages as i received a confirmation of order email but no dispatch email. no response to my messages so far. this makes me think the item was never in stock in the first place. the item i ordered is now out of print so i dont know how they except to backorder this. shockingly bad customer service

UPDATE:
A week later and multiple emails both to customer support who I had a response from initially as well as their contact us form. Still no reply.
I even posted on their FB page as it's actively posting a few times a week. My post was removed within the hour all it was asking was about my order and requesting someone contacts me.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Severely dissapointed with my experience.

A friend reccomend these highly which makes this a bitter pill to swallow.

I'd give less stars if I could because of the following:
1. Cancelled an order after it took over 4 days to process, they didn't cancel it and proceeded to deliver it anyway much much later.

2. I tried to cancel another order as the items I ordered were suddenly on backorder according to customer service, this order also took 4 days the process before customer service got in touch.
Customer service then said all my items are dispatched and gave me a tracking number, only SOME of my items arrived.
So I'm down £70 with no contact back from them as of yet.

Avoid these it's not been worth the hassle so far.

Games arrived in perfect condition, well wrapped. We just didn’t know when they were going to come. Communication could be better hence only 4*. They also asked for a review before the goods arrived so I posted a poor one because I was starting to worry.

Great website, competitive pricing for Warhammer models. Tracked delivery options. Will definitely be using them again.

The delivery was very amazing as we were not expecting this item until after Christmas and they kept me updated about my order at all times.

I ordered my items last Thursday, I still havent received my items or a dispatch notification. I have had a communication from the company, which is why this is a 2 star not a 1, saying my items are on there way but only after I contacted them first and there is still no delivery date.

Slow delivery. Not received after a week of being told it was shipped on 48hr tracked.

Just as slow responding to emails

I got my Kill Team set eventually days after others. This would of been fine if communication had been sent out saying there was a delay but nothing. I emailed & eventually heard back but a customer shouldn’t have to chase & wait. I actually chased on email Twitter & Facebook and only got an eventual reply on email. Slow & lacking coms with no phone number to call. Will consider other stores in the future sadly.

Warning do not order from this company! If there was an option to give zero stars that’s what I’d have chosen.

Zero communication after trying to cancel an order after sending multiple emails and messages even though they had seen my messages as I had a read receipt. They then said the item had been dispatched so couldn’t have a refund even though the dispatch date was days after me asking for a refund and not to dispatch the item.
They also have no phone number to contact them on.

Absolutely no customer service at all. I've been messaging them for 3 days now regarding an undelivered item. I've had no response I've asked for updates and a refund and I'm met with silence.
100% not worth the hassle spend the extra couple of quid on items on different sites. I wish I had the extra £3 I saved I would happily pay elsewhere just for the better customer service
