Stoke £20 from my 13 year old son took the payment then told him to co tact his bank disgusting company

Bought a $250 card (Canadian) and it said it was unable to process it but still charged me each time, I called and even emailed customer service and on some occasions and they basically said "There's nothing we can do and we can't tell you why it didn't work. You will receive the money back within 1-10 business days".
I did get my money back on my previous unprocessed attempts because I attempted this $250 dollar purchase multiple times. Using a different email I bought a $15 card and it worked immediately after I bought it?? Bought another $250 with the same email that JUST worked with the $15 because I thought finally maybe it's actually finally working now and it said it was unable to process and charged me $250 AGAIN.
I have been experiencing this issue almost daily from
8/6/2023 to 8/10/2023. This will be my last purchase using this website until I know it's fixed or ROBLOX isn't partnered with this site anymore.
This site is garbage, ROBLOX needs to partner with another service this is unreal.

I just paid for a 20 pound Roblox digital gift card and currently I am unable to redeem due to error code 502. Not good enough as I have used other sites to purchase with no issues at all. I will not be using the Roblox site to purchase again as I am now out of pocket and unable to send this as the gift I expected. Disgusting service. Do not use as you will not receive what you pay for. I now have to go through the process of trying to get back my money back and on top of this had to purchase elsewhere. For a game that is so huge a better service is expected. Absolute garbage

I bought from cashstar two times, first one was good however the second time went unsuccessful as it told me it could not be processed (money was taken in pending aswell) though if you wait at least 7 days then you should get your money back. No joke

Bought a roblox gift card for my daughter and within 1 min of completing I received an email stating they were "unable process the digital gift card order".. Sure were fast to take my money.. I'm sure I'll have to wait 5 or so business days to get my money back. If I get it back. I'm calling the Federal trade commission on them. They are deceptive and thieves. Total scam!

big sister bought me a gift card with this website as a bday present worth $25. did not get the robux and she didn't get her money back. this is cruel. i saw a review where someone spent $250 using this site and was scammed the same way. horrible!

It is a scam.
No funds are transferred to the Roblox account, just ownership of a silly digital hat. Filing VISA complaint !

They took the money and claim they don't have it. The bank confirmed that the money has gone out.
It's been a week already and still, money hasn't returned. I called them twice and they can't resolve the situation. i hate doing disputes, i don't understand why they do this.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
