Bought a S98 and within a few months, it stopped charging. Contacted customer service with my issue. They quickly responded and after several troubleshooting attempts that did not fix the issue, a replacement keyboard was sent. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the customer service.

Exceptional experience with Royal Kludge support. My RK R65 keyboard had severe issues, but the team was incredibly helpful and responsive. They swiftly offered a replacement which arrived very quickly. The new keyboard is working perfectly, including VIA app functionality. Highly recommend!

The keyboard is great overall, but certain key combinations can occasionally feel imprecise.

My Keyboard had a really weird mechanical Problem. I emailed with the Costumer service and they could help me really well.
They even sent me a new one after looking in to the broken one .

I reached out to customer service regarding an issue with the keyboard I bought recently. Jamie - the representative was very prompt in addressing my concerns. I am very happy with the resolution. The keyboard itself is a dream to use, I just hope that a reliable software for Mac becomes available soon.

I mistakenly bought a keyboard with the wrong layout, and i was able to return it with full guidance after asking if i could. The return went smoothly and i got the difference in price refunded as well.

First of all, I love the product. It works wonderfully and without any issue. I can't wait to order another soon for my office. I have bought keyboards from a lot of companies but this is by far the best customer service experience I have ever had, I had a problem with the product I bought and they were consistent with email replies and fixed my problem almost instantly.
For comparison I bought a keyboard from Asus directly and it was faulty they never replied to any of my 15 emails and I had to ring them 6 different times. Asus took 5 months to fix my problem.
Buy from royal kludge, great keyboard rk98s and perfect customer service.

I had ordered the rk m75, but unfortunately it went out of stock but the customer service was super helpful in reaching out within a day to either exchange or cancel the order. I order the s98. It arrived within 3-4 days, great packaging. The keyboard works great and love the super thocky keys.
