I am very pleased with the customer service, they answered very quickly. They suggested ways to fix my issue and they even asked for an update after I haven't answered them because I didn't get around to try them, which shows how badly they wanna help you. Can recommend! The keyboard itself looks, feels and works perfectly now.

Really like the keyboard. Creamy and thocky sounding. Pretty heavy for a keyboard, due to the batteries but that is a good thing as it sticks to the desk easy.

Quick response turnaround from the suport rep. I reached out about an issue with the wireless connection to the dongle after ~8 months of no issues. After trying a few suggested troubleshooting steps that did not work, RK made the decision to immediately ship me a new unit, no questions asked. I did not even have to ask for it, and it was delivered incredibly quickly. No issues with the new unit. 10/10 support!

We are very pleased with RK Royal Kludge's customer service. They responded really fast to our troubleshooting question about the RK96 and they send out a replacement product, when we could not solve our problem, within a few days without any extra costs. Amazing service! We appreciate the clear and professional communication throughout the entire process.

The quality and performance of the keyboards are excellent. The keyboard types nicely, reacts fast and has everything you need and some extra. It is small but even my husband with his big hands loves using it. We would definitely recommend this company and their products.

Love my RK keyboards. Bought an older RK96 (Black with Red switches) to add to collection but out of stock. Offered full refund or ship from China. No problem waiting and delivery stages fully tracked. Excellent comms from support team throughout entire process.

Cannot fault a thing!!

here is my story:
After a very long review of the products out there, the most reasonable keyboard that I could find that matches my expectation with a price a lot lower than my range was RK84.
When I ordered it, Amazon shipping was responsible for delivering, and they failed, without taking any responsibility, no proof of delivery.
I had to reach out to RoyalKludge costumer support, and just in a few minutes, they helped me with a replacement, using a new courier. so I finally got the keyboard and hands down, their support is amazing!
and now that I am typing this with the new keyboard, I don't have anything but joy. it is only the first 24 hrs of using that, but so far, very pleasing.

I had ordered a rk61 a few months back and everything was great until the charger port short circuited (idk if thats for everyone) overall a great keyboard at a great price point, I contacted Royal Kludge about my problems they understood and got me a REPLACEMENT!!! P.S Give Chance a raise

When I bought the keyboard I received an email saying that the color and the switches were out of stock and I was given three options. I've never seen such dedicate customer support. Got the 2nd option which was changing the color of the keyboard with something else because I wanted to get the linear switches and I'm absolutely loving it. Very good keyboard and customer support!
