Great product, ruined by shipping.

Royal Kludge RK98 – Good keyboard, terrible logistics.

The keyboard works great — no issues.
But shipping via Gofo France and YunTrack took over 2 weeks.
Unacceptable. Fix your logistics.

Great customer seevice

Kikko was very helpful and understanding. I did not like the AI questioning in the beginning but Kikko saved the day with their great customer service skill. Even followed up with me to make sure I received my replacement and made sure it worked correctly. Will definitely spread the word about this!

RK61

Ich habe viel Positives über 60%-Tastaturen gelesen und gehört und wollte es einfach selbst ausprobieren. Die RK61 ist an sich wirklich eine gute Tastatur, keine Frage. Mein einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Tasten bereits nach wenigen Wochen durch die Abnutzung einen leichten Glanz bekommen.

Außerdem fehlen bei einer 60%-Tastatur einige Zusatztasten, die man mit Hilfe der FN-Taste erreichen muss. Daran gewöhnt man sich zwar, aber es ist definitiv etwas, worauf man achten sollte.

Trotz der Umgewöhnung lohnt sie sich auf jeden Fall, besonders wenn man einen kleinen Arbeitsplatz hat. Die RGB-Farbeinstellungen, die man einmal mit Hilfe der FN-Taste eingestellt hat, bleiben gespeichert und das ganz ohne Software. Gut gemacht! Man kann die Tastatur ein- und ausschalten, den Stecker entfernen und sie sehr einfach reinigen. Das ist für mich eines der positivsten Dinge überhaupt.

Insgesamt: Eine kompakte, günstige, praktische Tastatur mit ein paar Schwächen, aber gerade für kleine Setups absolut empfehlenswert.

Excellent customer service in replacement requests

I have never really left a review regarding products that I have bought although this must be commended.
After around 8 months of having my L75 keyboard, a couple of LEDs began to have a yellow tinge. Customer support, specifically ‘Lia’ was very understanding and helpful with quick replies while arranging a replacement. Thank you!!

Service client très réactif

Service client très réactif, à l’écoute et attentionné. Très professionnel et très gentil (Merci énormément Lia). Concernant les claviers j’en possède deux (RK S98 et RK M87) toucher parfait, son crémeux à souhait, très bonne autonomie, couleurs RGB de qualité et personnalisation très intuitif. Royal Kludge est une marque je recommande personnellement.

Best online Shop and customer service ever

Absolutely high quality and well made products for an absolutely reasonable price. The keyboards feel great to type on or use for gaming, have a nice sound and clean look. And the customer service? Best I've ever seen in a online shop ever. They reply fasty have good ai first response ,if it's after work hours and all of their staff is supper kind and helpful all the time.
