Good value and delivered as promised.
Easy, intuitive website to find what one is looking for. Good selection of quality products that are reasonably priced. Delivery was quick; despite being on the other side of the country.

Very first order from Together Beauty
Very first order from Together Beauty. Order was picked incorrectly. I ordered and paid for 3 bottles, only received two and am now waiting for TB to fix it, knowing that at best all I’ll get is what I actually paid for. Can’t recommend.

RiseMarket knows their stuff. Love the selection of products that you cannot find anywhere else. Their shipping is fast, and environmentally conscious. I had a mix up; relayed that to them and within the day the product was shipped out. No problem.

Out of the 6 Elmhurst I ordered
Out of the 6 Elmhurst I ordered, 2 expired April 1st, and 2 were expiring April 30th. No possible way I could drink the 2 that were about to expiry before they did. Due to an issue with the warehouse, Rise Market did refund me for the milk in question and I am confident their issue has been resolved. Thank you Rise Market.

Melina, we appreciate your feedback and outreach to our customer service team who immediately corrected the situation with a refund. Best before dates can be a tricky issue for automated warehouses to manage with multiple shipments inbound from distributors, all with different dates. We are happy to support our members with the freshest products and we appreciate the opportunity to rectify your situation positively.
Brendon is the absolute best!

Thank you for your review, Leslie! At Rise Market, we strive to provide the best quality products for less and while sometimes we are working to get better pricing we may be temporarily OOS. As we grow, we want to ensure those savings end up your kitchen and not the retailer. Thank you for supporting our mission and for being a valued member!

Thanks for sharing your feedback, Marisa, it is truly appreciated. It's wonderful to hear that you're having a positive experience with Rise Market. We're committed to making sure we give our members the best prices and deals in the market and sometimes that means we don't buy when we can't negotiate the best possible pricing.

Excellent access to healthy options
It's been almost a year since I joined the the Rise Market membership and have placed at least 6 orders. I greatly appreciate how easy it is to use the website; how fast delivery is; and how responsive the team is when something goes wrong (through no fault of the company). I'm only holding back on one star because I've encountered issues in the past, such has not receiving an item in my order and having a product arrive stale. Rise Market had quickly refunded me, which I appreciate, and I understand it's not their fault, but it was still disappointing.
