Thank you for sharing your feedback—it means so much to us, Nicole! We're grateful for your trust and support as a Rise Market shopper.
With the Holidays, and the Canada Post strike pushing millions of parcels into other shippers, our service has seen some issues depending on location. We are doing everything we can to minimize this, its just a sheer volume issue at current.

Quality Health Food Right to my Door
Quality Health Food Right to my Door!
I recently placed my first order with Rise Market, and I’m so impressed! Living in the country, it’s often difficult to find the healthy brands I love, but Rise Market made it easy to access everything I needed, and more!
The selection was fantastic, with plenty of options that fit my clean eating lifestyle. I was particularly thrilled to find my favorite hard-to-get pantry staples. The ordering process was smooth, and the delivery was quicker than I expected, even for a rural area like mine.
Their customer service was also exceptional. I had a quick question about one of the products, and their team was super helpful and friendly, making the whole experience even more positive.
Overall, I’m really happy with my order and will definitely be shopping with Rise Market again. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great products and excellent service, especially if you live in an area where it’s hard to find the brands you love!

We are truly grateful for your valuable feedback, Susie. Your decision to choose us as a shopping destination means a lot, and we are committed to providing you with exceptional service in the days ahead. We have tried the PO Box shipping previously; unfortunately it doubles the cost $ and we experience a high level of damages. That said, your input is valuable, and we continue to seek avenues to expand the service to these PO Box locations.
Expiration date of product
This is the first time I have not been satisfied with my order. I received two Healthy Crunch chia seed jam that expire November 2024. This product was not given an additional discount because of the expiration date, as your company sometimes does, nor was it advertised that it was expiring soon. We will not be able to finish both jars in two months. I sent a message via your website over a week ago and I still haven't received a response.

Thank you for your feedback, Jenny. We only select products for our store based on our ability to deliver the savings our members expect. If we can't negotiate the right pricing we don't carry the item.
In the case of Chomps, this was a decision of the US based company to focus their growth on the USA and not service the Canadian marketplace. We to miss having the product for our members and are looking for creative ways to get the product into Canada again.
Fast shipping
Fast shipping, good prices! Definitely happy with our order. Will order again.

Very disappointed
I received my order today with two glass jar products having broken seals. An almond butter with oil all over the jar and a jar of roasted peppers with oil and what looked like black mold all over the lid. This did not happen during shipping. These were obviously sent this way. Very disappointed with my order. I’m not sure if I will bother ordering ever again. I would never order anything in jars again for sure. I’ve contacted the company but haven’t heard back from them, as you have to contact them through email…hoping for a refund on those two products.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us. Your input is valuable, and we want you to know that we are listening and will use it to make necessary improvements. As we indicated in the email exchange there is zero chance that the products left the warehouse in this state and the damage would have happened during shipping. Glass jars can be tricky and we are doing everything we can to eliminate damages.
We have refunded for the damaged products and we look forward to serving you in the future..
