Still haven’t received first order…

Still haven’t received first order placed a long time ago. Ordered after that and the second order came today with damaged box. Got notification that first order was damaged. Fine. I need to take pics of it for refund. Can’t take pics when I STILL haven’t received it. That’s two orders I have done with this company. Disappointed in both.

Disappointing Customer Service

Hello, I recently purchased 2 boxes of David's Protein Bars. The shipment did not arrive and it took a month before the issue was resolved. Although the customer service people were professional when I followed up, I was the one who needed to follow up. Customer Service/Communication was NOT proactive and I was left hanging not knowing what the resolution would be and/or when, unless I sent an email...I heard, we are looking into it or it's with our claims area. Your product offerings are great, but I'm very disappointed with the lack of communication and the time it took to resolve my issue.

Shipping time was good

Shipping time was good, when I have ordered in the past, I did receive a small sample or 2 and was actually looking forward to trying new product - this is definitely something where I’ve ordered that sample product in my next order. The samples were very much appreciated but I understand if you’re not able to anymore.
