Our shipping criteria specifically indicates we do not ship to PO Box addresses. When you signed up you provided a billing address that was a street address in Montreal. You then placed an order for a remote location with a PO Box, in violation of our policy.
There are no regulations or laws for free shipping.
Fast delivery and great value

I wish it still came in the rise market boxes, it is unfortunate too see a third party company packaging. I do enjoy the products and yes they are still cheaper than healthy planet even.

We’re really sorry to hear about your recent experience Lauren and we certainly understand the frustration with a broken item. We take concerns like this seriously, especially when they involve shipping damage etc. and seek to understand where the process broke down. Your feedback is incredibly important, and we’ll make sure it’s shared with the appropriate teams so we can do better.
We hope that our resolution process met your expectations - you emailed us on 11/5 & 11/6 with the two different issues and by 11/7 the refund had been processed for both.

Good order
Everything else in my order was great, but my crackers were placed at the bottom of the box with a heavy bottle on top, which caused many of them to get crushed. It would be wonderful if the packers could place lighter, more fragile items on top in the future.
