Received the parcel very quickly, had a query with one item and got a response over the weekend and a refund immediately.

There products are good quality and great value for money. They offer a large selection of goods.

Ordered a heated airer , was delivered on the second day off ordering. Had a few problems trying to build it up. Emailed them they replied really fast, gave me advice to try and sort problem out. Still could note build it up they offered a replacement which I accepted. Posted that day. Out for delivery in 24hrs unfortunately they courier lost my parcel , was offered refund immediately. This company is brilliant can't fault them,. Would buy from them again.

Great value for money and excellent customer service. The team is very responsive, helpful and quick to reply. Really happy with my experience with Rinkit and I would definitely recommend them!

I order a lot of box frames from this company and delivery is amazing, next day even on a Sunday. I had a slight problem with my order, one frame missing and one frame damaged, which is unusual. Their Customer Service is second to none, replied to my emails immediately and they have resolved the problem. Lovely company to deal with and great products

I have purchased artist canvases from this company for over a year. I contacted them as received some torn/damaged canvases in my order and they responded almost immediately with really helpful and friendly message, offering a full refund or replacement. They sent out the replacement immdiately on a priority delivery. This company knows how to 'do customer service'. Thank you

Update: After writing this review another Rinkit employee got in touch with me, and after another failed attempt to collect the item (via Evri) they refunded me in full. I've changed my score from 1 to 4 stars as a result. Glad they got it sorted but shame it took so much time and effort (and a bad review - which I've left below still).

Avoid!! I will never use this company again. I bought a table and chair set that arrived damaged, which they agreed could be returned via courier. The only problem is no one ever comes. It's been four failed attempts over two weeks where Evri have apparently been booked to collect it but they never do. In the mean time I'm stuck with a huge box I don't want, no money back, and I'm just going round and round in circles with their friendly but useless customer service. Total scam.

Delivery was quick, ordered on Sunday and delivered Monday. Unfortunately one of the items was broken so I was disappointed as this is usually a hassle but no, emailed them, asked to send photos, replacement was despatched and received on the Tuesday. Slate mats, coasters and centre strip are lovely and make the table look very smart. Will recommend. Keep up the good work.

I have always ordered glass products from Rinkit. Only twice they arrived broken. On contacting Rinkit via email they immediately sent replacements with no fuss. Easiest company to deal with. The products are also good and as they appear on website. Thank you Rinkit.

The company themselves were wonderful to deal with. Only down fall was their choice of courier Evri!!! However they had words with them and I got my parcel a day later , so I was pleased enough.
As they were so pleasant and helpful I will use them again .

We ordered some glasses from this company and all arrived in perfect condition expect one. I emailed customer service and got a response pretty much immediately. The offered to send a replacement right away free of charge. Based on their customer service, we will definitely use them again.

I’m absolutely delighted with my glasses from Rinkit! 🥂🍸 I’ve ordered highball,champagne flutes, coupes, martini glasses and shot glasses, and I honestly love every single one.
I also contacted their customer service recently, and I have to say, it was the quickest response I’ve ever received from a company! Their customer service is genuinely top-notch so helpful, quick and professional.

Purchased glasses for an event, there was an issue with delivery that got resolved incredibly quickly so what could have been a negative turned into a great result. Good to see good customer service can still be found.

Their quickness in dealing with a damaged item I received was all resolved in a matter of an hour once photos were sent and a replacement being sent
