Rinkit Arvostelua

Excellent customer service from rinkit. Ordered some well priced tumblers and one arrived broken due to delivery company. A quick respond and replacement was organised from the service team.

This was my first time using Rinkit and unfortunately the item was delivered broken and unusable, so I emailed them and they replied straight away stating I would receive a replacement, That arrived the very next day in perfect condition so very happy.
I would just like to commend them on the customer service I received it was excellent and I shall be returning

I ordered 138 shot glasses for an event. Delivery was quick and I was kept informed of progress along the way. I checked each glass on receipt and found one to be broken. I sent a short message and received a reply within minutes offering to send a replacement. Cannot fault the service. Nice glasses too!

Excellent service, delivery time & order process, quality products with great after sales as well, would strongly recommend Rinket.

Superb first class customer service highly recommend this company ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I ordered a glass chopping board that was delivered super quick, unfortunately it was the wrong colour. I contacted them and they resolved this by dispatching another one.
Thank you.

Ordered some glassware from the site. First delivery arrived quickly but had one damaged glass and another with a production blemish. They resolved really fast with no quibble! Would absolutely recommend and the price on this site compared to other main stores is great!!

Have made several purchases since signing up with an account.
Very satisfied with the quality of products with a good selection to choose from a wide range of areas. Very comparable and competitive prices.
On only odd occasions there have been a need for returns to be initiated and hasten to add, no fault of Rinkit itself. Customer Services are very understanding, helpful and quick in their resolve. Cannot fault this company for all round product variety, cost, quick delivery and service. Happy to recommend Rinkit. Thank you.

Marble Serving Board - 32.5 x 26cm - Black × 2

RINKIT had exactly what I required, the size, quality of the product, good reviews and competitive pricing.

Placing the order was straightforward, and the standard delivery was very quick indeed, arriving on the second day.

I was very pleased with the first item, but during the transportation, the second item was damaged, even though the items were individually packaged well.

I contacted the sales team via email explaining the situation and to my surprise, I had a reply 45 minutes later notifying me a replacement would be dispatched the following morning.

The following day, the item arrived.

I'm very pleased with the items received especially the customer support RINKIT has in place.

I would definitely recommend this UK based company to anyone.

What an amazingly efficient company!

I cannot speak more highly of the people who work behind the scenes.
I had a small issue with my order - they had sold out, I received an email asking what I’d like to happen - I was happy for the same item, just a different colour. I spoke with lovely young lady called Ana, who couldn’t be more helpful.

Ordered late at night, as you do, query sorted and delivered on my doorstep the very next day! 🤩 Amazing - tysm, I will most certainly be ordering from you again and I have already told some of my friends about this wonderful company!

I ordered some glasses, and unfortunately, one arrived broken. I reached out via email, and to my surprise, they sent me a whole new set the very next day! Their customer service was absolutely fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Highly recommend them!

Brilliant customer service always helpful and quick response and resolution, I hope they improve their packaging or the courier LOL. Any way brilliant service.

Been using them for years. Always happy with the products and excellent customer service.

Ordered 2 × 6 set of cups delivery was prompt however 2 cups were broken , contacted customer services with issue and received email within an hour offering replacements at no charge these were received within 3 working days

I ordered 6 slate mats at a fantastic price. There was an issue with the delivery - not their fault- and the items were returned without me actually receiving them. Rinkit emailed me offering a replacement or a refund. I explained the situation and within 2 days I received the replacement at no further cost for postage. Emails replied to within hours, even outwith working hours. Great service and product
A highly commended company.

Beautiful glasses, super speedy delivery. My go to for cocktail glasses. Excellent customer service too.

Fantastic customer support. They replied to my emails within minutes even though I sent the email detailing my issue well after 6pm.

Cannot fault this company in the slightest!

We ordered a square dressing table mirror. when it arrived, although packaged really well, boxed, bubble wrapped, there was a crack in the glass , looked like a stress crack, from where the pivot point was added.
I printed out a returns note and saw that they said to call or email them before returning.
I spoke to a lovely person who asked a few questions and said they would send out a replacement ASAP.
They did not require me to box up and send back, i took a few photos and sent them via email.
The next day the mirror turned up and was perfect.
Their customer service was spot on, the person who took my call was friendly and helpful.
Rinkit will be my 1st stop from now on when i am looking for things for home or garden.
Great company to deal with. 😁

Excellent quality products, really affordable, fast delivery and great customer service what more could you ask for! I highly recommend

Had a problem with delivery which was not Rinkits fault.
They fixed the problem and sent out replacement items within 3 hours of my email.
I think that this is exceptional service.

Superspeed delivery, quality storage glasses. Arrived next day. Excellent customer service. Refunded promptly following an error I made when ordering.
Thanks Rinkit
Will definitely be shopping at your site soon. Dee
