Right Choice Training Arvostelua

I recently completed my Diploma of Work Health and Safety with Right Choice Training and couldn't be happier with the experience. The team was extremely helpful every step of the way and made the entire process seamless from enrolment through to completion.
Communication was excellent, support was always available whenever I had questions, and the trainers were knowledgeable and approachable. They made what could have been a complex process straightforward and stress free.
I would highly recommend Right Choice Training to anyone looking to further their education or professional development. Thank you to the entire team for your guidance and support throughout my studies

Definitely not the “right choice” for training. Paid for a Diploma of Business. Have had minimal support or communication since paying for the course. They have claimed to send emails and updates but haven’t received. Have had assignments flagged for 100 percent AI use when this is far from the case. I wouldn’t recommend the stress and headaches caused to anybody. Buyer beware

The best training service provider around! 'Right Choice' is more than just a name; it really is the right choice for every learner dedicated to professional growth.

As an "old school" student, the team helped me to understand the process and how to approach the course. The online assessor was very approachable, clear and structured about the process and assessments. Well done Right Choice

Highly recommend!! On my second certificate with Right Choice Training and I honestly cannot fault them. Really easy to deal with with quick responses.

Fantastic support by the online Admin team, timely responses to my inquiries, recognition of prior learning process that saved me a couple of months probably... Very happy with the course and choosing RCT, thank you Team - highly recommended.

My experience with Right Choice Training has been nothing but positive. I completed the Certificate IV Bookkeeping and Accounting with confidence. I was able to access help vie email and phone when I needed and if needed a video conference is offered. Responses were timely and helpful and never was I in any doubt with what was expected of me to complete a module. Right Choice Training is there to help and trainers are highly qualified and never make you feel less than adequate. Great experience.

What a wonderful RTO to study with. Being a full time worker and parent, I was very nervous about being able to finish this course. I haven’t studied for over 20 years yet was able to complete my studies, ahead of schedule too.

The support that Right Choice Training offered throughout was wonderful. The assessors were very knowledgeable, kind and encouraging.

The learning platform was very well managed and made it super easy to navigate my units. It was simple and uncomplicated which is exactly how it should be.

Thank you for this great opportunity. Will definitely come back again to do another course.

The learning experience was excellent and included effective presentations. The support provided was generally good, assisting me at every stage. The learning materials were quite straightforward. With a bit of initiative and interest, one can easily achieve success.

Amazing team doing great work in this space. I received prompt support throughout my course, and the overall learning experience was excellent. Highly recommended!

Right Choice Training had the perfect balance of helpful and allowing independence.

I liked that I was able to complete the course in my own time within the allowed timeframe. Past courses I have completed required weekly check ups which, for someone that works full-time, was tough to juggle.

The assessors at Right Choice were available and helpful when I needed.

I found the learning materials provided extremely helpful and was sufficient enough to complete the course.

Would recommend Right Choice for anyone looking for some independence.

I had previously completed a University Degree, Advanced Diploma and Certificate IV during my professional career but had not studied for over 10 years so was somewhat apprehensive about undertaking a 12-month course while working full-time with family commitments, however my experience with Right Choice Training could only be described as 'excellent' starting from the enrollment process.

The easy straight forward access to the learning materials and clear expectations of the assessments could not have been better.

The format, presentation and information in the learning modules I found to be the best out of my previous experiences with University, TAFE, and other educational institutes, they were outstanding.

Access and communication with the tutors was very easy and fast, I received quick responses every time and never had to wait for assistance and guidance.

Overall my experience was by far the best I have had with a learning institute and I couldn't recommend them enough to anyone thinking of undertaking further study.

I am a mature-age student and have found the Right Choice Training dashboard easy to understand. The course instructions and content were clear and easy to follow, and I received regular email updates. I needed to complete a subject to move on to the next. I really liked this structure. I received a timetable of assignment due dates, and sticking to this schedule kept me on track to complete my course. Assignment marking was completed promptly, which is super helpful. This has been a great learning experience, and I would highly recommend Right Choice Training to anyone looking to do a certificate.

As someone reliant on remote self paced learning, RCT are excellent to deal, helpful and respond quickly to queries or request for assistance

I had such a great experience with Right Choice Training while completing my Diploma of Marketing and Communication.

The course content was relevant and gave me practical skills that I can apply straight away in the workplace.

The flexibility of the program made it easy to balance my studies with other commitments.

My experience with Mandeep Singh from Team Assessment was really top class. He was very helpfull and knowledgable when I spoke to him on the phone. Could you pass this onto his boss please.

Customer service is awesome. Prompt response time & great support. Thank you.

The help that I received during the course was great. I went through a rough patch and the team supported me a lot.

Right Choice Training is the right choice to make when it comes to learning and completing your course. When I started, I was enthusiastic and motivated. Such as life, family commitments came up and I had to put it on hold for the whole duration of the course. Leaving me only 1 month left to complete all units. I reached out to them, and they allowed additional 3 months to complete it. I completed the course just 2 weeks before the new due date. Because of this, I was able to make it work and I am now qualified!!! So Happy!!!
I appreciate Right Choice Training because they have an understanding of real-life situations and that they are still willing to play their part. They pulled through and supported me and the service provided helped me understand the requirements needed to achieve a satisfactory result. Everything was online and all at my own pace, they supported me all the way. I am grateful, and mostly appreciative. I made the Right choice with them :)

I really enjoyed Studying the Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping with Right Choice Training. The Online platform was super easy to use and to have the ability to study at my own pace was really important to me as I juggle work and family as well.

The information I obtained during this course was both practical and theoretical and I feel confident going into my future career that I have the skills and knowledge required to successfully carry out my role.

The trainers were very responsive both by email and phone and if I ever needed anything they were available to help me.

I highly recommend Right Choice Training.
