Adam knew exactly how to help. He directed me through different ‘pages’ of the app on my phone, knew expertly how to get me to a certain page, knew what I needed to know (as a dash cam virgin), what best to set different menu options at for my purposes & led me thru everything with professional patience & know how. It was such a relief & delight, to work thru it all with him & also, to speak to such a good human! Thank you so much!
Exceptional service from Blackvue DashCams in Osborne Park WA
Contacted Company in Osborne Park WA for a replacement SD Card and whilst fitting to dashcam they recognized an issue with the camera accepting the SD Card. After reviewing Company advised an internal component had broken within the dashcam so they offered to replace the camera under warranty. At all times the staff very extremely approachable and helpful, especially Adam (Support Officer). If you need a BlackVue dashcam or support then I would highly recommend this company - AUTO BLACKBOX PTY LTD

Blackvue Support staff go that extra mile to help
I experienced a Blackvue dashcam failure and reached out to Blackvue’s Australian distributor, Autoblackbox support staff who are based in Perth Western Australia.
Their phone and email support was absolutely brilliant.
Chaim was able to provide some very well explained technical information and suggestions on how to restore functionality.
To further help fix the ongoing issue he sent via Express Post, a replacement rear dashcam unit at no cost me, which ultimately fixed the problem.
This is the best customer experience that I’ve had in decades, bar none!
I can highly recommend Blackvue and their distributor Autoblackbox, they have the best dashcam products and even better staff to help you.

Warranty claim quickly resolved
Warranty claim for the camera was very quickly resolved, with the new camera’s firmware and configuration updated, before being installed.

Oliver was friendly patient and showed genuine interest to resolve my issues. I really appreciated his pleasant and calm tone.
Unable to log into blackvuew after update
I uploaded the Feb 2026 update and once I did, my Blackvue access shut down. I wasn't able to log back into my blackvue to view any recordings, battery recharge or anything. It kept saying no internet - yet i knew there was internet. I knew even inside my home I had internet.
Adam and I went through various options - restarting my phone, changing settings and realised it wasn't my phone. When I logged in it said = no internet.
We realised it was a glitch from the blackvue update yet Adam wasn't sure how to resolve it. He hadn't come across it with other blackvue users.
So Adam and I created a new login with another email address I had. Now I have two logins with blackvue as I'm unable to cancel / remove my existing login.
If blackvue are able to figure out what caused the glitch to prevent me loginng in then please let me know - perhaps there's a future update.
However, Adam was so patient, so caring, understanding and supportive - a great person to have as part of Blackvue's call centre team.

Great customer service
Well I brought a black vue dash cam for the first time and had issues.
The team were very helpful and easy to talk too although unhappy with product at first but in the end it was solved by the great customer service.
