Great experience so far
Great experience so far, panels fitted and up and running today.
David was very informative from point of sale.
Install completed in a few hours even though it was an afternoon appointment the lads worked all the way up to late hours to finish.
System explained well.

Beware of hiden fees
Please beware of cancellation and re-schedules fees which they do not communicate at first contact to book appointment. When changed my mind about getting the product I was questioned intensively and had to provide reason etc.
The sales person however was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Hello. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It is wonderful to hear that you found our sales representative friendly and knowledgeable.
Regarding the cancellation and reschedule policies, please allow me to clarify that all our terms and conditions are visibly displayed and provided for review before any customer signs an agreement. We believe in complete transparency from the very beginning.
That being said, we do value your feedback. We previously reached out via Trustpilot to request your full name and contact number so we could look into this, but we have not heard back from you yet.
We are always looking for ways to refine how we communicate. We would like to invite you to email your perspective directly to hello@right-nrg.co.uk. our customers insights always help us improve our processes.
We look forward to hearing from you.
worst company ever
worst company ever, DNO wasn’t competed at the time of installation in which they need my signature for so the certificate was fraudulent, nobody contacts you once they have received money leaving you blind. I’m not sure where any of these good reviews have come from the the only good thing was the sales rep who came out to me

Hello.
We take allegations regarding DNO applications and certification with the utmost seriousness. However, after auditing our entire system, we have absolutely no record of any contract, installation, or interaction under your name. We also requested your project details through Trustpilot's verification tools, but unfortunately, this has been ignored.
Please allow me to be completely clear regarding our procedures: all DNO applications and certifications are handled strictly by the book. We process all network permissions legally and compliantly on behalf of our customers, and we certainly do not issue fraudulent certificates.
If you are a genuine customer, we very much want to help put things right. Please contact our office directly or reply to our request with your project details so we can reach out to you immediately and resolve this.
Very Satisfied with the Installation
Danny and Stuart did a good job with everything. The installation went well. They checked that all things were working before they left.

Paul was great and George
Paul was great. He explained everything in detail and thoroughly. Was impressed with the procedures when an order was placed. Unfortunately we decided not to proceed when discussed with our family.
George was also very helpful, polite and promised action.

Added a battery to our existing panels…
Added a battery to our existing panels after speaking to a few different companies. Right NRG were the only ones who didn't try to upsell us on a whole new system when we clearly didn't need one. Straightforward quote, quick install, and now we're actually storing what we generate instead of exporting it for pennies.

Thank you for the excellent review! It is always a pleasure to help customers get the absolute most out of their existing setup.
We strongly believe in honest, straightforward advice. If you only need a battery to start seeing real benefits, that is exactly what we will recommend—no unnecessary pressure or upselling. It is brilliant to hear that you are now storing your own energy and putting it to good use.
Thank you for trusting Right NRG with your system, and enjoy the savings!
Smooth and Well Managed Installation
I had a good experience from the start to the end. Mike from the sales team was clear with ever step. He did not pressure me at all, which I liked. Ben and Greg put in the system. They worked well, kept things tidy, and treated the place with respect. The Q Cells German panels look good. Everything goes well with octopus energy. THe myenergy hub helps me see all papers and updates easily.

Unreliable
Reading these glowing reviews I wonder if there is another company with the same name or these reviews are fake. I had a survey visit book and stayed home waiting for the Surveyor who didn't show up nor did they phone me to advise that they wouldn't be coming. Their office range the following day to discuss and didn't seem to be aware of the failed visit and promised to investigate and ring me the following morning. DIDN'T happen. Since then I have been plagued but a BOT phoning trying to make a repeat appointment. Daytime, night time and weekends including Sunday. When I tell the BOT I need to speak to a human they transfer the call to someone who never picks up. I now tell the BOT to take my name off their contact list. They respond each time that they will but the phone calls keep on coming.

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. I completely understand why you would question things after the experience you’ve had, and I want to address your concerns head-on.
First, regarding your missed survey: when you stay at home for an appointment, you expect us to turn up. We take reliability incredibly seriously. While one of our managers did phone you an hour after the missed appointment window to sincerely apologise and offer to rearrange, the fact remains that the original surveyor failed to attend without notifying you. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for wasting customers' time. Following an internal review, I can confirm that the individual involved was immediately dismissed and no longer represents our company. The glowing reviews you see on our page are earned by our hard-working, dedicated team, and we simply do not tolerate anyone dropping those standards.
Secondly, I want to sincerely apologise for the relentless automated phone calls you received. We have recently introduced a new AI booking system to help us manage customer enquiries, and it is clearly experiencing some severe teething issues. Being hounded by a system that fails to register your opt-out request or to transfer you to a human is incredibly frustrating and defeats the entire purpose of the technology. We are using your exact feedback to get this routing error fixed with our IT department straight away, so it doesn't happen to anyone else.
I have personally double-checked our systems, and your details have been permanently removed from all our contact lists. You will not be bothered by us again.
We know we have lost the chance to earn your business on this occasion, but we genuinely appreciate your honest feedback. It has allowed us to put these internal issues right. We wish you all the very best with your solar project.
Looking forward to lower Electricity Bills
Ben and Greg arrived just after 1pm and by 3pm my new Solar Panels and Inverter were installed. A really speedy job and 2 great guys who were so helpful and friendly. Looking forward to lower Electricity Bills in the future.
