Quantum were from my first contact with them to the point of full install, were very approachable, responded to queries promptly. When the install date was agreed, it was attended to from the point of delivery of the Solar PV, Batteries etc, to the install of the panels as well as batteries. The work does was excellent and they responded well to my requests to what equipment should be installed where. I would not have any hesitation in recommending Quantum Solar to my family and friends. Excellent company to interact with and they have very knowledgeable staff who work for/with them.

I cannot recommend Quantum Solar highly enough. After being let down by another company and shopping around Mason was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I first got to know Mason/Quantum Electrical for supplying and installing a V-Charger for my car. I didn’t know at first that his company also supplies and installs solar panels! From the first valuable experience, it was obvious that once I found out they supply Solar panels, I would contact them again. From consultation to installation, the process was seamlessly satisfying and efficient! Well done to the installation team!

We selected Quantum for our Sigenergy solar and battery installation for a few reasons. Mason was very knowledgeable when discussing our requirements and understood exactly how we wanted the system to be installed. We were able to easily make a couple of changes that included adding an EV charger and extra battery to the Sigenergy system. Overall, we are very impressed with the excellent quality of work and with the installation team leaving the site clean and tidy. Good support from Mason throughout the process from initial meeting, installation and post completion to discuss suitable energy tariff options.

Had another company quote and I never heard from them! Saw adverts for Quantum so thought would enquire. Mason came and gave a quote and explained how everything would work and gave multiple options. Had solar and batteries installed and service was great. Kept informed throughout and the work was done fast and efficiently.

My £650 a month bills are now looking to be more around the region of £150!

Had been thinking about solar for a while when came across Quantum Electrical & Solar. Leading lights in the business are Mason and Harry both of whom are registered National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting electricians and the company is accredited under the Microgeneration Certification Scheme. Mason designed my system and he was very switched on as to orientation, panel placement, equipment placement etc basically totally across the project. Mason is a delight to deal with polite, enthusiastic and knowledgeable (almost to anorak degree-although he doesn’t wear one!) and 100% focused on using his know how to produce the best possible system. The system was installed by Harry and his team including Will and Jake in a day. They were skilled, polite, tidy and hard working. The result is fantastic, Sigen inverter and 20kwh battery, AI managed. Extraordinary how it can pick up so many kW when you can hardly see the sun and it’s cold! The AI management just generates savings and profits constantly including emptying the battery late in the day to export at 0.15p per kWh, using the solar to always serve the house first and export surplus during the day making profit from solar and battery charged at 0.08p per kWh off peak rates and exported at 0.15p per kWh. Solar is a win win, save the world and save money with Quantum Electrical and Solar.

Mason and the Quantum team were excellent throughout the entire process. Mason was very professional during the initial survey, clearly explaining how everything would work and what the next steps would be. The price was very competitive, and the installation was seamless—from the erection of the scaffolding to its removal.
The installation crew were highly professional, and the whole system was installed and up and running within a single day. The use of the app and the next steps were also explained very clearly.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend them.

Quantum provided us with a large solar panel installation tied to a Sigenergy battery and gateway in Feb 2026. From quotation to installation it was a fantastic experience. Nothing was too much trouble for Mason and his team. Very professional and no hard sell. All installed in two days and then the scaffolding came down pretty much immediately. We’re now seeing great PV production even though it’s still winter. Well done Quantum!

Mason and Quantum were absolutely top notch from start to finish. Mason was completely thorough when he came round for the initial consultation and not pushy like some of the other sales people we came across from other companies. Mason was very knowledgeable and was impressed with the time he took to explain the process and the options available. The drone to view the roof was the attention to detail I had not been given by other quotes. The competition used google street view which does not provide a detailed view. Mason was able to confirm exactly what system would fit and provide the maximum generation. His fitters worked efficiently and cleared up afterwards. The weather was cold, wet and windy but that did not deter them. Jake especially did an excellent job. The system is now up and running and look forward to the benefits of solar. Mason has been particularly understanding and is on hand to sort out any issues. I have no hesitation in recommending him as there are some dubious sales techniques adopted by other organisations but he was honest and took the time to explain how it will work with no hard selling.

I wanted to share a genuine recommendation for Quantum Solar, who recently installed my new solar system and battery. The whole experience was smooth, quick, and really enjoyable.
Mason was my first point of contact and handled the initial details and survey. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood what would work best for my home. He was friendly, down-to-earth, and very easy to talk to.
Jake looked after the installation and made sure everything was set up and working properly. He did a great job and was very knowledgeable, and thorough.
I am still getting used to the system and figuring out how to tie in my new Zappi EV charger, but the solid work they did has hopefully made that much easier.
Overall, the speed of delivery, the quality of the installation, and the way the whole Quantum Solar team looked after me was excellent. They were professional, reliable, and just good people to work with.
