Right NRG Arvostelua

I needed some remedial works to my existing solar installation. Right NRG were very knowledgeable, advised me on my options and put together a package that fulfilled my needs and at a price point I was happy with. They did a cracking job, cleaned up and took time to explain the revisions. All in all, a great job.

Great company would highly recommend them, fitted solar panel system/batteries in a timely professional manner, great bunch of lads

Had these guys round to install a battery onto my previous panels. Very professional, honest and genuine guys. Highly recommended

Had 8 solar panels fitted with the battery. Thought it would have taken all day but the fitter Ben had it installed very quickly. I'm quite nosey and was asking a lot of questions and he was happy to explain. I found the whole experience commendable, as well as very interesting. Every day is a school day. Highly recommended.

Great experience from start to finish,

Installers were great

Office staff been brilliant too

This company provided documentation for my Solar Panels.

We had an agreement for resolution and they did not do what they said they would do. Repeated missed deadlines.

I would AVOID this company as this issue is not resolved and has been going on for years now.

Excellent job and friendly

Brilliant experience from start to finish, Greg and Ben communicated so well and work like troopers

Danielle was brilliant to organise the deal for us.
Then we didn’t get the panels in time, but it was all sorted at the end.

Ben and Greg were brilliant fitters.

I wanted to take the time to leave a proper review because my experience with this company has been genuinely excellent.

One of the things that stood out to me most was the communication. I’ve dealt with a number of companies where getting a response is beyond frustrating but this was not my experience here.

From the beginning, communication was clear, professional and, most importantly, consistent. I was kept informed throughout the process rather than being left wondering what was happening behind the scenes. Whenever I had a question, I received a response, and I never felt like I was being passed from one person to another without anyone actually taking ownership.

What I appreciated was that the communication felt genuinely human. The representative understood my budget and provided me with details as to what I was to expect next. I am a single mother and this was a huge investment for me and I felt listened to, understood.

Everything was handled in a way that gave me confidence that I was dealing with people who actually cared about providing a good service rather than simply getting the transaction completed.

Having read some of the comments from other consumers before writing this, I can honestly say that my experience regarding communication was completely different. In fact, communication was one of the strongest parts of my experience.

No company is going to be perfect for every single person, but based on my own experience, I would have no hesitation recommending this company. If you’re considering using them and communication, responsiveness and feeling properly supported are important to you, my experience has been extremely positive.

A genuinely professional company, excellent communication, incredible product and a level of customer service that I was very happy with.

Happy with the deal I received. Clean and tidy install, friendly and knowledgeable.

I applied online for an appointment, I then received a callback which was friendly and informative. They booked me and my husband in for an appointment with Danielle who came round and surveyed the house and helped is design our own system based on what we actually needed, this is something we had previously struggled with. We didn’t want something standard. We didn’t want something we didn’t need. We chose what we wanted with her guidance/information she just worked out the size based on our usage.

The installation was tidy and the installation was efficient. We’ve received such a huge saving in the last two weeks (better than expected) and we expect that to continue.

Well done and thankyou.

I didn't get a system in the end but Daniela was very informative and built me a system with guaranteed output and gave me multiple choices.

Had a few problems in the procurement phase of the project, however Danielle the sales advisor was top notch, knew her stuff and brought the project to a satisfactory conclusion. The installation crew were polite, knowledgeable and soon had the system installed and up and running so, well done to them aswell.

Do not touch this company, I had my solar panels fitted in April. Once they’ve got your money they are not interested. Their communication skills are the worst I’ve tried contacting them many times to no avail it’s now August and I still haven’t received my DNO on contacting northern grid the wrong forms were submitted in May the company was informed but since up to last week they’ve done nothing. I’ve tried leaving messages for them to get back to me. Again I’ve heard nothing

I had a great experience with Right NRG. From start to finish, everyone I've dealt with has been professional and courteous. Everything was explained to me clearly and all my questions were answered. From my initial contact with the company to the completion of my solar panel installation only took about 3 weeks. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.

She don’t rush she is so calm and help us to save money through solar .
Loved talking with her
She is brilllant , loved to meet her again and again .

I belive that opinions should be honest, thats why all good experience should be rewarded and bad experience should be named and canno be forget. Laura is great customer support and highly recomend to contact her in case of any issue if you dont want to be ignored.
