One of the worst rental experiences in my life! Was told in the middle of the night by an operator via computer ( not a live representative) at the rental office that my Tesla insurance is not accepted. Another lady next to me tried picking up her and she was denied as well. Two women with 3 kids ended up not getting cars that they paid for at 1:30 in the morning. By themselves on a parking lot with no cars available to them due to insurance not being accepted ?!?! Terrible customer service!!! Please stay away from RC car rentals!

Charges absurd junk fees. Texas requires a $1.00 insurance verification cost, but these guys charge$50. This fee doesn’t exist anywhere else. I provided proof of insurance already and these guys just pocket $50 from me for showing them the card with that proof. Also required me to pay $20 a day preemptively for Loss of Use coverage. This is an illegal practice and they have to remove this if requested. Do not rent from them, it’ll be cheaper to go with a name-brand company.

The charge on my card was not the deposit, which was returned, but was rather "Super Insurance Coverage." I already had insurance coverage, which I showed them. I was charged an extra $399.95 for 5 days of insurance.

Arrived at the Wally ride car lot. Right Cars has a video only checkin for your reservation. After the customer service rep (Karoll) reviewed my auto insurance declaration page (I have full coverage), she stated they require me to purchase an additional auto insurance of $799.00. Right Cars is a scam! $16.99 per day toll fee, which they reduce to $9.99 per day on an 18 day rental. Scam, SCAM! I have started a dispute claim with Priceline and my Credit card to get a refund because they refused to rent me the car as quoted.

Omg where do I start, crappy out of the way location from Houston George bush airport, show up to a monitor in a little phone booth. Argued with the virtual attendant for 30 mins that I don’t need or want their extra coverage because I have it already. I ended up just leaving and going back to the major rental agencies, paying double is worth more than the brain damage here

This company is a complete scam. They end up charging you twice or more than original price. They also try to charge you $1000 deposit and force you to take their insurance even if you have your own. They also do not have anyone in person to talk to instead someone comes up on a screen and if they cant answere your questions they just hang up. We were there for 30 min and at least 4 other parties left without a car and found someone else.

First attempts to communicate with this company was ridiculous, basically impossible. Who has a company where customers can contact them and the mailbox stays full. I even had Priceline attempt , which was to no avail. When you arrive you are forced to buy some additional insurance, called loss waiver (if my memory serves me) for an additional 150$, if your insurance company can not add it to your policy . I called my insurance company and they did know anything about this addition service, hadn’t heard of it (my insurance company is one if the top three in the USA), therefore you are forced to purchase especially being on a vacay and desperate and you are in need of transportation. Than the company hrs don’t coincide with your departure time. I think they were 9 to 5. I called, still no answer but the message informs you that there is a 24hr/7 day drop off point. When I arrived at this location, this company is not there, nothing. What a mess. Thank God for a Fox rental driver sitting in his van who tells us that the company moved and assisted us with obtaining the correct location . What a mess especially being you have an early morning flight, TSA issues, trying to get to airport at least 4 hrs early. I will never use this company and probably not Priceline again, because they were no help either when I explained this to them. I asked for an airport onsight car rental place and this is supposedly considered that. Also, you have to walk at least a mile or so through the airport to get to the shuttle. You live and you learn. Believe me, so many people were dissatisfied because this was truly a scam. We were outside discussing the practices that truly needs to be investigated because customers were even being denied use of there own insurance therefore they had to purchase via the company and fees were astronomical if they wanted a vehicle. What an absolute disaster

Wie ich mein Geld zurückbekam:
Da die Station in Antalya mich betrogen hat, habe ich meine gesamte Korrespondenz und den Vertrag von einer KI (Gemini) analysieren lassen. Wir haben herausgefunden, dass die Zentrale (HQ) für ihre Lizenznehmer haftet, obwohl sie es erst abstritten. Erst nach massivem Druck auf die internationale Zentrale und dem Nachweis der Vertragsdetails wurde mir das Geld vom Hauptquartier erstattet.

An alle Opfer: Schreibt an customerservice(at)right-cars.com und info(at)right-cars.com (Ticket-Ref: TKT-1624 als Beispiel nennen). Gebt nicht auf! Diese Station gehört geschlossen.

Rented a car in August 2025 and paid a 30,000 TL deposit. They promised a refund within 30 days. It took 6 months of fighting to get it back! The local branch in Antalya completely ignored my calls and messages. Even personal visits to their office resulted in nothing but empty lies.

How it was resolved:
The local branch is unprofessional and fraudulent. I had to use AI (Gemini) to analyze the fine print of my contract to prove that the international HQ is liable for their licensee. After confronting the Right Cars HQ with the evidence, they finally agreed to pay the refund themselves because the local branch (TTC Tasimacilik / Active Rent A Car) failed to do so.

Advice: Do not trust the local staff. Contact the Global HQ immediately if you have issues. This branch is damaging the brand's reputation globally.

Antalya şubesi paramı iade etmeyince, Yapay Zeka (Gemini) yardımıyla sözleşmemi analiz ettirip uluslararası genel merkeze (HQ) baskı yaptım. Sözleşmedeki hukuki açıkları kullanarak merkezin sorumlu olduğunu kanıtladık. Sonunda genel merkez (UK) parayı iade etmek zorunda kaldı.

Tavsiye: Paranızı kaptırmayın. Yerel şubeyle vakit kaybetmeyin, direkt info(at)right-cars.com adresine yazın. Bu işletme profesyonellikten tamamen uzak.

Expérience absolument scandaleuse avec Right Car Antalya.

On m’a exigé un dépôt de garantie de 1386,38 € pour une location du 7 au 12 août 2025. Le véhicule a été rendu en parfait état et dans les délais. Pourtant, plusieurs mois plus tard, je n’ai toujours pas été remboursé.

Malgré de très nombreuses relances, aucune réponse sérieuse. Pire encore : ni le service client Right Car ni Carjet ne prennent leurs responsabilités. Chacun se renvoie la faute en affirmant être “dans l’attente d’une réponse de l’agence”. Résultat : aucun suivi, aucune solution, et mon argent toujours bloqué.

Cette situation est totalement inacceptable et s’apparente à une pratique abusive. Immobiliser une telle somme sans justification ni remboursement est inadmissible.

Sans régularisation immédiate, je vais engager des démarches formelles : plainte auprès des autorités de protection des consommateurs en Turquie, procédures judiciaires, et signalements pour pratiques frauduleuses.

Agence à fuir absolument. Je déconseille fortement.

Martin was very welcoming for our first visit to Czechia. The car we rented was in pristine condition and the pickup service was hassle free, as was the drop off with Havel. Very trust worthy company and I look forward to using your services again should we return. The drop of video was also very helpful.

I booked through this site and get my car from the agency named (RC) right cars in Antalya last September 2025
The car was delivered in an excellent condition without any scratch..
The agency didn't return back the hold amount on my credit card..it was around (38000) Turkish lire.

I would give no stars if I could. I rented a car through Priceline and was charged my fee though them and then was charged at Right Cars $289 plus $106.21 for tolls( exited the airport and went to the resort and then went back to airport when it was time to go) and then the $400 dollar deductible. I've never been charged tire and windshield insurance. I don't know but all experiences are not total losses some our learning experiences. I will never get a car from a company that isn't a national major company. The fees were too much for me. Also if I would've looked the company up I would've known from the reviews this company was a scam. So that's my bad its literally bad reviews everywhere if you look them up. You find maybe 1 or 2 good reviews and honestly its probably not a real review. But to any people thinking of renting from them RUN RUN RUN ... you're better off using Uber and Lyft because I promise you're probably gonna pay the same amount.
Now the CAR was not cleaned properly prior to me receiving it, the windshield wiper where the plastic gets the water off the windshield was literally hanging off, and it had over 92k miles on it! It was the worst rental experience I've ever had in my life. I've given you the information, do with it what you must but i'd walk before I rented from this company.

Nous avons réservé sur internet une voiture chez eux via carjet.
Donc un chauffeur vient nous récupérer a l'aéroport pour nous ramener a l'agence. Pour pouvoir louer la voiture ils exigent de laisser une empreinte bancaire de 900 euros comme garantie. Ce que nous faisons . Nous récupérons une voiture en bon etat malgres quelques defauts dans la carosserie que nous prenons en photos.
Au retour de la voiture dans le meme état que nous l'avons eu a l'agence, la jeune fille inspecte la voiture et nous dit que tout va bien et que nous serons remboursé d'ici 1 a 3mois.
Les 3 mois passés, les 900 euros toujours pas remboursés!! Je tente de les appeler a plusoeurs reprises, personnes ne répond.
Je tente une reclamatiom via carjet, carjet reussi a prendre contact avec eux et nous dit que la caution a été encaissé car il y avait des cabossures sur la carosserie. Jai beau leur avoir envoyé les photos initiales ainsi que letat des lieux initial de la voiture, ils nont pas daigner nous rendre nos 900euros de garantie.
Cest dommage nous avons beaucoup aimé antalya, et juste a cause de ces arnaqueurs nous n'y retournerons plus jamais, et plus jamais nous passerons par carjet non plus car cest eux qui nous ont recommandé cette agence de voleurs.

The additional charges kept piling up- especially, it seemed, once they'd scanned our out of state licenses. Not only would we never use them again, we will be asking WHY Priceline or any other travel service would EVER do business with them.

Shadiest company I have ever dealt with, for any reason. Mandatory hidden fees. After being shuttled off-airport to a remote location after a long day of traveling, you'll be talking to someone through video chat in a kiosk and forced to buy their "extra coverage" or they won't let you leave with the car. This applies even after providing proof of insurance and a credit card to cover any deductible. They will also place a $700 deposit on your card. The vehicle was paid for in advance through Priceline. Yet hundreds of dollars more were necessary to leave with the car after being stranded in their remote location after midnight with my wife. Extra daily fees for a toll transponder. If you think you can apply common sense and get your way here regarding extra fees, think again. I spent over an hour arguing with an employee and allegedly a manager and neither of them could grasp the concept of what "extra coverage" actually means.... and when a customer doesn't want or need it. I filed a BBB complaint but it looks like I'm definitely not the first to do it. They don't respond to those because what they're doing is indefensible. They need to be shut down. Stay away!

Undeniably the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life, rude unprofessional and fraudulent. My four year-old speaks better English than they do. They wasted two hours of my time before I just canceled with them and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, the agent, Roberto said no.
