Ride or Die Equestrian Shop Arvostelua

The owner is spectacular! Thoughtful and attentive.

Everything about Everything was great. However, pretty sad the pad and jacket were such drastically different colors even though it said the same color and brand and all. Wanted as a matching set for show.
Company and all else are fabulous.

Wonderful small business that took the time to get me fitted correctly and answer all of my questions while showing me all the options. Other tack stores refused to even fit me unless I committed to buying a helmet from them at that time. I am so happy with my Samshield and how it fits and turned out!!!

I could not love this shop more. Susanne is so personable and offers great advice as well as stellar customer service. I have placed a number of special orders and they all come through perfectly. Great selection all around.

I am super happy I was able to be fitted for a new helmet by Susanne at Lamplight over the USDF Region 2 Championships in September. My go-to helmet had changed their sizing and the new model no longer fits me. Susanne helped me pick the perfect helmet for my head shape!

First great communication. The helmet consultation was great as well! I was able to finally find a fit that didn’t give me pain during riding. Overall a great experience and I’ll be a repeat customer

I needed a show jacket for my daughter shipped quickly and they delivered! And the jacket is beautiful and fits like a glove!

Shipped fast

Great range of products quick shipping great packing good prices

I had fun shopping with Susanne for my new Kask. We tried several brands and models and I appreciated her attention to detail, and knowledgeable customer support. She focused on safety first and then comfort.

Great to have helmet professionally fit! Very knowledgeable and helpful.

The staff was super easy to work with. The answer to all my questions. I would highly recommend them! My product was as described. Very happy with customer service and prompt delivery.

Gave my 2 horses baths last weekend and didn’t have to use very much shampoo and really like the detangler spray it smelled real good.

Everything purchased from Ride or Die over the past few years has been “spot on”. Susanne does an amazing job of finding unique items that she and her barn buddies test themselves before ever selling to the general public. I’m a larger rider and definitely appreciate her dedication to accommodate those of us that are not a size 2. If Ride or Die doesn’t carry it, it’s probably not worth having!

My new show coat arrived just in time to use at a big event, and the customer service to ensure it arrived earlier than expected was top-notch. This is a shop I would highly recommend to any of my friends and clients!

Excellent customer service and fit experience with Susanne at Ride or Die. She truly wanted to find the best helmet for my safety and benefit! Great / easy return procedures for what didn’t fit and great future easy process for her to help with exchanging with manufacturers if/when falls occur in the future. Would definitely use again!

Great products and great customer service!
