No real customer service or way to actually talk to someone ask questions. Plus my package is not able to be tracked. Says shipped but now not able to track. Idk just spotty customer service.

I currently own three# CMMG AR style rifles with life time warranty's and have no buyers regret! I based my decision to buy CMMG's due to wrtten reviews available everywhere online,lifetime warranty,and price! I shopped around online and also waited for the 10 - 15% discount that CMMG offers during certain holidays to purchase my rifles. Owning a quality firearm is only part of the equasion to have full confidence in your rifle to protect your life. You must have access to the correct parts to change out and thankfully CMMG has mostly Mil-Spec parts. Their Service Tech Team online is great and will walk you thru all service questions, provide parts if necessary, and help you get all problems resolved! I am no gunsmith but have worked and installed parts on my CMMG 's with the help of the Tech Team and felt good afterward when the rifle functioned correctly.

I have 22LR Convesion kit with your 22LR charging handle (which broke and I had to replace). The extractor broke with a chip at the tip and when I took apart the bolt to fix, found out the firing pin spring was also broken into 3 pieces. Ordered the " Bolt Rehab Kit, 22LR AR Conversion" and it arrived but was missing the firing pin spring which is supposed to be included.

Poor quality and poor QA.

It was the first time I ever purchased a firearm online. It was pretty simple and straightforward. The model I bought definitely had enough options on color, caliber, length. I love the rifle btw. I have only went to range once but it performed well and once I got the sights dialed in it was very accurate.
My only complaint is that when I purchased it then there was a black Friday sale a week later and I wasn't able to get the extra discount when I asked for it. Normally companies will honor it within a given time. Considering it took a few weeks to fulfill the order and I hadn't received the rifle yet, a sale price should be accommodated.

Any time you get anything from this company it’s spot on. A little slow to get but they build it for your order.

I disliked that my purchase was charged to my credit card right away even though the item was unavailable. I disliked that I was not informed that my item was on back order. I received no communication for weeks. I disliked that when I received my conversion kit it did not function properly and I got no assistance. I like that cmmg is following up now. This purchase could have been more confidence building with some communication and transparency
