All the fish was super fresh and delicious. The dressed crab was outstanding.

Flavour of the food. Ease of website use, secure packaging.

The delivery was quick. The book was for a gift and so was extra special as it was signed by Rick Stein. Thank you

The staff, the decor and the attention to detail, plus, of course, the fabulous food made our visit perfect from start to finish.

Great customer service. An item was damaged and replacement was very quick. Thank you.

Easy ordering and prompt despatch to evri and delivered all within 3days.

the fish is always great, especially the crab

First rate fish, excellent recipes and the order arrived on time and in superb condition.

Excellent choice of merchandise, good communication and fast delivery

We went there for lunch. The service was great. We enjoyed the starter and the dessert. However, the main, which was meant to be belly pork, was a let down. It was basically a large lump of fat, with hardly any meat. Shame, as this took away from the experience.

Glorious Christmas pudding. Please never stop making them.
Brilliant customer service.

Website great. Bought a beautiful cup/mug.

I have so far made three orders from Rick Stein online fishmongers and I have yet to receive a correct order. Every time something doesn’t turn up or something else (that I didn’t want) is substituted without asking me.

The food that has turned up has so far been delicious but the pate has a life of only four days. Getting through 250g of it that quickly takes a bit of doing so could you please do smaller sizes - say 100g jars?

Arrived when stated in perfect condition. Haven’t tried yet but I have no doubt they will be perfect.

Bought a signed book as a gift and it arrived safely and timely. Only minor issue is they use Evri and they're about as reliable as a paper umbrella.

Order was made up and dispatched very quickly, all items were delivered and in good condition within 4 days from the order being placed

My parcel was well packed and arrived quickly

I don't like to complain as we love the restaurants & have many an enjoyable experience in them
We have also enjoyed your hampers over the years & bought many gifts from you
Unfortunately this year it didn't start well we ordered a walnut chutney & a Cornish hamper with Christmas pudding, the chutney turned up with seal broken & contents emptied into the packaging
However the customer service team were brilliant & replaced it immediately, unfortunately not like for like it was a beetroot chutney
We then received our hamper in time for Christmas we use to enjoy the Christmas pudding, but I don't know what happened to it this year, you couldn't even carve it with an electric knife!!! It was dense & inedible not the treat we were looking forward to
I felt I couldn't complain again, unfortunately we will not be buying any hampers anymore we were very
disappointed
