Very disappointed with this Agent. Communications seem to be done mostly through an app, with very little personal interaction. Often emails went unanswered and during the time we were on the market with them there were no updates, infact as stated, no communication whatsoever. Selling your house is expensive and we expected more for the fees charged. Needless to say we were unable to achieve a sale through this agent but are not deterred from trying another agent in the future.
On a positive note when we were looking to buy a property 3 years ago we found Pauline extremely proactive hence why we chose PFK.

Very kind and supportive staff. Especially at those points when it was really stressful.
Prior to that, they were very good at selecting the right type of buyer to view our individual home, rather than sending many viewers who would not have liked it and would have been wasting our time.

Superb service from Hannah and Chris in the Keswick office. Proactive, honest and professional. If only all estate agents were like this! We were kept informed throughout the sale and Chris was excellent at chasing the chain to make sure the sale actually happened.

Bought a property via PFK Cockermouth. Pauline was great from the beginning. She was easy to get hold of, responded to messages and emails quickly made contact with the buyers when needed. So many EAs are lacking in all of this - as we found out when house hunting - but PFK were great throughout. Thanks Pauline.

Outstanding service from start to finish!
We didn’t actually use PFK to sell our own property, but they were the agents for the house we were purchasing and they were excellent throughout. They were the ones who kept things moving and regularly updated us when we weren’t hearing anything from our solicitor.

The process took six months to complete, and I genuinely think we might still be waiting if it hadn’t been for PFK pushing things forward. Rebecca in particular was fantastic and did a brilliant job keeping everything progressing.

Our viewer Chris, was very helpful and I’d definitely recommend PFK to any Vendor.

I felt that I was in really good hands when negotiating decisions about offers and the many tricky aspects of selling the house. We had the lovely Rebecca helping us along with our sale and purchase. Safe to say its been a rocky journey from start to finish but we finally got there and are moving into our dream home in time for Christmas. If it wasn't for Rebecca we certainly wouldn't be where are now getting ready to move. To say she went above and beyond for us is an understatement. We have had alot of ups and downs, but she kept the faith and the chain going. We couldn't be more grateful. Our experience with PFK has been nothing but brilliant, specifically Kat who has been dealing with us throughout the whole house buying process. We are first time buyers and pretty clueless when it comes to house buying. She made everything feel simple and easy, nothing was too much of an ask, we were able to view the property as many times as we liked without feeling like a hinderance.
