Richmond Motor Group - Richmond Select Bognor Regis Arvostelua

Bought a Vauxhall Corsa for my partner. As soon as it arrived, I've noticed a big hole in a passenger footwell which was just hidden under a car mat and hasn't been mentioned by the dealership. Don't be deceived by the nice looks of the dealership and nice customer services as you will end up having to pay loads more money after your purchase. Warranty provided does not cover these hidden "surprises" that will cost me quite a lot of time and money to be fixed... Sales Manager Joseph contacted me after this review telling me that this will get fixed, made me wait 2 months for the car to be collected to be taken away to get fixed and no one ever showed up, chased up on in this and got a reply that the email did not reach him and he will get back to me, now after a 3rd follow up I've got an automated email that he left the branch and will be working at a different capacity within a company. Avoid this dealer.

Just bought a new ZS from Richmond Bognor dealt with Brandon found him very professional polite and extremely easy to deal with we were very happy with the deal would highly recommend thank you Richmond Bognor Regis Trevor Alison

Everything were smoothly processed from part exchange to collecting my new car. Excellent service

Dan Bullock was very helpful, friendly and transparent through the whole process. He helped secure me the ideal car for me and I couldn’t be happier.

Sarah the sales executive was very friendly and personable.

My advice however is when dealing with the garage make sure that you get a copy of all the documentation that you sign. Unfortunately this was not the case with me and I was left unaware that the reduction in the total amount due was as a result of management increasing the value of my part exchange and not taking the price of the new car down.

Through the lack of communication between management and the sales executive we lost out on £300. Which was only identified when we came to pay the balance and pick up the car. Nowhere in any of the paperwork that was sent to me did it state the invoice details.

Danny was very helpful and tried to resolve the situation but after two hours my excitement had gone, it did take the shine off the event.

EDIT: 16th March Thank you for the response but what was the outcome of the investigation as to why I didn’t receive any of the paperwork I signed? Thank you

Great service. Great salespeople (Emily and Joe) and best experience buying a car in all my sixty years.

Very polite helpful staff did what they said they would do
Dan B was very helpful and collection of car went very smoothly

Great survive, very helpful in the whole process, and no pushy selling. Made my purchase very easy, and caught up with me after

First class service given by Emily.
A very polite, considerate member of staff, who understood our requirements, gave an appropriate response to our enquiry and we are very happy with the car purchased.
Would thoroughly recommend Emily and the company, who appear to have wonderful team work connection, most certainly would purchase here again.
Thank you

Very helpful in finding a used car for me.Sarah phoned pre preparation of a car in group that matched my requirements.Deposit down before I saw it.Spot on and it's now mine.

great service Sarah Mccarthy was lovely and so helpful. very happy with our purchace.

Popped in on the off chance of looking
at a car, Sunday afternoon no appointment. Emily met us , she was
friendly and helpful. She sorted out a road test for us quickly and wasn't pushy.

I found the staff and professional way i was dealt with a great experience. The transaction for my purchase went through very smooth and without any delays or hiccups.

Great customer service, very attentive and informative through every stage of the buying process. Happy to recommend !

Bought a car from them. Emily was very helpful in sorting out all the details. The car is good so i am very happy with the service.

I didn't actually buy a car here but I'm so happy with the service received I feel compelled to leave a review anyway.

I want to thank Sarah McCarthy for the fantastic and professional service. I am a long-distance customer and Sarah was super attentive, responsive and helpful with my enquiries. In the walkaround video she took, she pointed out all the "flaws" of the car I was interested in to make sure I am aware of these issues (instead of the typical car salesman who goes "This car is immaculate/ in pristine condition blah blah blah"). To be clear, there weren't that many flaws - just a few stone chips/ dents you'd expect from a used car. But I really appreciate this honesty - as a buyer, you always want to know any issues up front instead of afterwards.

Anyway, the whole process felt comfortable and I never got pushed to make a decision or pay for extra stuff.

Ultimately, my wife changed her mind and decided to buy a different car from another dealership. But in terms of customer experience, I actually felt happier working with Sarah than the dealership I eventually bought a car from. I almost feel bad I couldn't do business with them - but that's just because we liked a different car more than the one they had for sale, not because of the customer experience.

I might need to buy another car for myself in a few months. When the time comes, I wouldn't hesitate to approach this dealership again.

Such a lovely young lady and made the purchase a breeze and without any dramas, and answered all my queation . I would recommend anyone to buy from Emily, very professional and a pleasure to do business with.

Sarah was really helpful and presented me with all the options for buying a car and also the insurance options and all the extra insurances and other cover options

I bought a car from Richmond motor group very recently, I was seen by Emily. She made my first experience of buying a car from a car garage very pleasant, easy and quick. She informed me of everything I needed to know and made sure it was the right car for me.
I left very happy and I’d definitely rate this car garage! All the staff were helpful and friendly.

Came in to view a secondhand ford ecosport and was seen by Emily Kuvet. Emily straightaway made us feel extremely welcome and was thorough when explaining every part of the potential sale. Not once in the 2 visits to Richmond Motor Group in Bognor Regis did I feel under pressure to take any extra products. From start to finish Emily’s professionalism was exemplary and I was really shocked when she said she had only been with in her role for a month. Emily is a great asset to the Richmond Motor Group even with the follow up call after I’d collected the vehicle. Thank you very much Emily
