Richmond Motor Group - Richmond Select Bognor Regis Arvostelua

I bought a Used vehicle at the Bognor Branch. I can't fault the customer service i got from all the staff. The sales lady Scottish Sarah was amazing and so was the sales manager.I Highly recommend this new branch. Thanks again Sarah.

Our experience when first arriving to view a specific car seen online was very friendly and we were offered drinks. We were asked many questions about what sort of car we were looking for (used not new) and the representative was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. We cannot fault the service we have received and are delighted with our new car.

Thank you to Emily and the team for providing great customer service during the purchase of a new car. They were able to make repairs to the paintwork on the vehicle, great at communication and flexible in the pick up times of the car despite my busy schedule.

Smooth and easy going, friendly!definitely recommend!

Would like to start by saying how professional and compassionate Chris from MG bognor was. He was a delight, no hard sale. I was fussy! Lol.. I could make up my mind on colour or model to start with, but he was so patient. At the end we were sold on the MG HS exclusive. Lovely car. Thanks again for wonderful, honest service. Maggie

Owen was amazing. Helpful at every step of the way in assiting me in deciding the right car for me.
he had patience, always called back when he said he would and gave me everyhting i needed.

top class service

Purchased a used car from the new Richmond Motors showroom in Bognor Regis. Had fantastic service from Emily.
We had a problem with getting to the showroom, Emily kindly brought the car to our home for a test drive.
She went above and beyond with her customer service.
Would highly recommend.
A very excellent service from this young lady.

What a wonderful experience and great service. I needed my new car as soon as possible. Chris was very helpful with choosing the car, providing the details of the car and sorting out the deposit. I called the next morning to say I would be around to pick up the car. The team, Jamie, Matt and Joe, were able to finish the paperwork electronically so when I was at the dealership everything went smoothly. I live three hours away. I would highly recommend the dealership as they had the best price, best service and best car!

We were dealing with Jade when we bought our Fiat 500, she was great from the start to the end!
Really recommend Richmond motors

I was delighted with Richmond Suzuki Havant's service in relation to my purchase of a Ford Ecosport car from them. In particular, Jag provided excellent and trustworthy support conducted in a friendly, sensitive and professional manner. I was also grateful for the additional input from other people on the sales floor, including managers and other sales' staff.

Great, friendly customer service delivered with top draw professionalism. I feel reassured by the quality of car maintenance and impartial advice. Dave, Rachel, Adam and the team of technicians deliver a great garage service.

Richmond Suzuki Havant. Had made an enquiry and Nev Chapman contacted us to offer a test ride in an older model of the car we were after. We did this, which confirmed our choice. Despite not having exactly what we were looking for, Nev was excellent, searching all contacts and offering sound advice. We didn't purchase our car through him in the end, but would be very happy to do so in the future.

Jade was amazing. Lots of communication throughout and honesty at each step too. It's genuinely terrifying spending so much on a used car, so this all adds up to being able to buy with confidence. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed
