Richmond Motor Group - Richmond Select Bognor Regis Arvostelua

Very nice environment but the service itself was excellent. Was given plenty of information and options that suited my needs. I have already recommended them to my friends who are looking to buy a car.

We dealt with Aiden Miles, who made the buying process very easy and straight forward.
Thank you Aiden.

Sarah the sales adviser was extremely helpful in assisting with what the best car was to buy
The whole sales process was very good

Sarah and Sandeep were great supporting me to choose the best car possible in my price range

Richmond skoda Bognor regis, have some great looking car, and deals to suit all, pay them a visit

Highly recommend Richmond Select at Bognor Regis. Just purchased a used car and Sarah and Robin were super helpful and patient. Sarah even came in in her day off as it was the only day I could view the car and go on a test drive. I felt no pressure to purchase and I will consider them again when I need to replace the car.

A very friendly compitent and dedicated professional team selling great cars.

I have had a great experience there from the moment I walked in, Aidan has been so helpful and informative and made the process so much easier for me (even though my situation was a bit tricky at first). He had great knowledge of the cars and all the extra products and explained everything so well. When Aidan was not available, Sandeep was just as happy to assist and helpful with everything I needed. I would definitely recommend asking for one of them to assist you when buying a car and you’ll receive great customer service!

Collected my 3rd new MG ZS from the Richmond group today ,Firstly - I would like to thank Neville on Sales for looking after me from start to finish ( Nothing was ever a problem - What a Nice Chap ! ) and I am rather fussy , Richard the Business manger who again was professional throughout and rather understanding with my queries , These boys deserve a massive pat on the back because of the way they operate for Richmond MG Bognor and the dealership should be soo proud of them especially in these hard retail times , See You Both In 2 years - Love Gray Drew,

Great customer service at Richmond motors from Sarah, very professional and made the process of part exchanging and buying another car easy.

We’ve recently purchased a car from Richmonds Bognor and the service from Abbie Holloway and Ian has been exceptional. Not once did they make us feel pressured into buying a vehicle nor did they give the hard sale, they were very personable, made us feel comfortable and I can honestly say it’s the best experience we’ve ever had from a car dealership. I look forward to using Richmond- Bognor again in the near future and will be recommending them to all. 👏🏻

I bought my vehicle at a distance and it was an efficient, fuss-free process from start to finish. The car was described accurately aided by a personalised video. When I arrived to collect the car it was beautifully presented and Aidan even picked me up from the train station. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service from start to finish!
Aidan and Robin were very friendly, polite, professional and attentive. The service was great and we are very pleased with our purchase. Would highly recommend and would use again.

We had a good buying experience at Richmond Select and we were helped by Aidan who put up with a lot from us! We originally went in for one specific car and came away with a different one that was far more modern and still staying at the price point we wanted. We changed our mind and we were very indecisive as to what car to go for (given our original plan) but this was no trouble for Aidan!

Very helpful and thorough. Couldn’t do enough for you. Our sales person Sarah was great, very knowledgeable and friendly. Car was ready when agreed and valeted.

I recently had purchased a car from Richmond, and overall, I found the staff to be extremely friendly and professional. They made my time there enjoyable, and their work was satisfactory. However, there were a couple of areas where I encountered some issues that could use attention.

Firstly, I had a car with a known fault that I had specifically mentioned during the test drive. Unfortunately, it seemed that the staff members were unaware of this common issue (https://www DOT theguardian DOT com/money/2021/may/01/vw-audi-and-skoda-owners-angry-over-fault-in-sos-warning-system) which was a bit disappointing. It would have been better if they were familiar with such problems and could have addressed it proactively.

Secondly, there was one staff member who could benefit from additional training. However, the staff member was the epitome of professional and I do not blame them but the training they were provided with.

Thirdly, there was no charging cable in the boot of the car. It had promised but it could not be retrieved. In the end I was given a type 2 to type 2 connector, rather than the main connector. However on the Skoda website the type 2 to type 2 is £30 cheaper (RRP) than the mains connector.

Despite these shortcomings, I must emphasize that the overall experience was positive. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff created a welcoming environment, and their work was satisfactory. It would be great if the company could address these areas for improvement, particularly in terms of knowledge about common faults and ensuring accurate information is provided to customers.

Overall, I would recommend Richmond based on their friendly and professional staff.
