Richmond Motor Group - Guildford Hyundai Arvostelua

Our experience was very positive. We were politely approached to see if we needed help when we found a car we liked. There was no pushy sales pitch, just positive advice which we appreciated. We went off to look at other makes of car but came back for a test drive. We were treated respectfully and we were delighted to be sold a car that ticked all the boxes and more.

Came down for appointment on Tuesday to pick a new car. nick was very helpful with helping me choose a new car. I recommend this company I’ve had a car before for 3 years and Arbazz was really helpful last time.
100% recommend!

Elliott was very helpful, everything was ready when expected. All very transparent and I love the new car

We met Ben today who sold us a car with the perfect degree of attention, attentive yet not pushy and with a very friendly disposition. He was extremely patient and answered all the questions we asked him and it was a pleasure doing business with him

Adam was very helpful and we have had very good service thank. You rosemary conway

Great service from Elliott. He showed me a few Tucson's that were available. I took one for a test drive on the same day. We sat down and went through the whole process from part exchanging through to finance plans, warranties and service plans. Very laid back and stress free, and drive the car home in the space of a few days!

Recently purchased a car from the Guildford branch where I was introduced to Elliott. From the get go he was brilliant, very informative and helpful without being pushy or applying any pressure to buy. Initially I was dreading the process of buying a car while 8 months pregnant but the process was so easy and stress free. Had a test drive, paid a deposit and picked the car up a couple of days later and it's lovely and very happy with it. Overall experience was great and would recommend.

We met Elliott Falkner whilst looking at the cars for sale outside. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable at every stage of our purchase of a Hyundai Tucson. During the purchase Elliott explained everything clearly and accurately. He explained all the benefits of the car and the additional services that we could purchase.

Thanks for your help. We are delighted with our new car. Richmond Motors seem to be a very good and professional business.

Elliot Faulkner was excellent. Really helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Brilliant experience with Elliott and the wider team - couldn’t have asked for better!

My wife and I have been looking to replace our old car for some time and had settled on 3 car types. Elliott from the Guildford branch was probably a big reason we settled on our Tucson. He was very helpful and most importantly not pushy.

It was a refreshing change to walk around the forecourt without being hassled by salespeople. Sam was very helpful and engaging and made the process of our purchase very smooth .

Wonderful customer service from Sam. He wasn’t pushy at all — completely the opposite! He was a huge help and incredibly knowledgeable about the car. Thank you! Would highly recommend Richmond Motor Group.

everything went greatly, no hiccusor missteps, my only complaint would be disposal of my old car, which they offered minimilist help

Great experience from start to finish. Elliot made the whole process very easy and we found the perfect car for me!

Sam was really helpful he explained all fiance options and showed me all the features on my new i10

Me and my wife arrived with an idea of what we wanted. We approached the sales team and were greeted by Nick - he was very polite, knowledgeable and patient. He was able to guide us to the car we wanted by taking his time and showing us a number of choices in that model. We decided on a car that same day thanks to Nick. His aftercare was also great - sorted a few cosmetic issues with the car quickly and the car came to us in great condition. A really positive experience.

Very good customer service.
Helpful and easy.
Abigail did a fantastic job and very friendly.
Once got to the dealership, she treat me very well, documentation was done fast, show me all the specs in the car, etc.

I really recommend Hyundai Richmond
