Richmond Motor Group - Guildford Hyundai Arvostelua

We were welcomed into the showroom straight away by Nic, who made the whole process very easy. This was my first Motobility car and he explained how the scheme works, talked me through the best options for my existing car, and then sorted the whole thing out within days. Nic was professional, efficient and very helpful. I would have no hesitation in using this garage again.

Four weeks ago, I ordered a new Hyundai Santa Fe after seeing an offer repeatedly advertised on Instagram: £3,000 deposit and £299 per month. I paid £500 to secure the order, and the car arrived at the port on 12 April after being shipped from South Korea.
However, just two days ago, I received a call from the seller informing me that the advertised deal was no longer available. I was told that if I still wanted to proceed, the monthly payment would increase to £417, or I could cancel the order altogether.
This experience feels misleading and unacceptable, especially coming from a well-known UK company.

Today 29th May, still no reply, as expected, I have sent a bill of a rented car while I was waiting for this car delivery, and not even a negative response. Very sorry, because this Guildford branch is very near my home and now I just have to find another dealer... that hopefully has more sense of proper customer service

Dealing with Brian was an absolute pleasure. Knowledgeable, honest and very responsive. That makes buying a car easier for a perfectionist

Elliott was fantastic, no pressure, very helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Richmond Cars, Guildford to anyone.

Adam and Baaz were fantastic when it came to trading in my previous Hyundai and purchasing a new Hyundai.

Couldn’t be happier with the customer service and professionalism.

5 stars to Nic Martin. Love my new car. Great service from the start. Thank you so much.

Nic Martin was very informative and knowledgeable about the car we purchased. He was very pleasant and helpful

I recently had a great experience with Hyundai in Guildford, thanks to Elliott Falkner and Baz. From start to finish, the service was polite, efficient, and genuinely customer-focused.

Elliott was excellent to deal with—friendly, informative, and never pushy. Communication was always clear, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He arranged a lovely test drive for me and even made sure I could drive along a specific road I wanted to try, which I really appreciated.

Baz, Elliott’s manager, was also great and supportive throughout the process, always on hand to help and ensuring everything went seamlessly.

The service was impressively quick, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Overall, a very positive experience, and I’d happily recommend Elliott, Baz, and the team at Hyundai Guildford to anyone looking for a professional and relaxed car-buying experience.

Attentive, reliable and flexible staff.

Elliot provided top-notch customer service—professional, helpful, and genuinely attentive. I visited two other dealerships before, and none matched his level of care. Really happy with the car and the overall experience.

Thanks to Elliot for helping us select the right deal and the subsequent handover of our new car. Elliot is a credit to Richmond Hyundai. I wish all car sales staff were as efficient and effective. Thank you!

James, Shelia and Warren in sales here were fantastic. They beat a rival dealership and won my business. It was their professional and honest approach which I liked! 5 stars!

Thank you guys! Looking forward to meeting you all again on the big day! Collecting my new MG!!!!

Very pleased with the top quality customer service from Abi Bolton at Richmond Hyundai in Guildford. She was great to deal with throughout, her product knowledge was excellent and her communication (both written and verbal) was always professional, clear and friendly.
Thank you, Abi, much appreciated!

We have just bought our third Hyundai Santa Fe from Richmond Motor Group
The fantastic service we received from Elliott Falkner made the purchase all the better. He was extremely helpful and made us feel welcome at every step of the process
Coupled with an excellent deal on our trade in and also on the new car
Well done Richmond and well done Elliott!!

Nice and easy straight forward purchase, would recommend speaking to Elliott! Cheers!

Nic Martin was extremely professional and helpful from the moment I walked into the showroom to when I left with my new car. He explained everything to me in detail and I never felt pressurised at any time to buy. He also assured me that I could call any time if I have any problems.

I would like to thank Mr Elliott Falkner who was really helpful in all the proccesses of my purchase. Really informative and supportive.

Purchased a car here and couldn’t have been happier with Elliott’s knowledge and effort. He made the whole experience easy and straightforward. Will definitely be using this dealership again.

Brilliant customer service from Elliott when purchasing my second Santa Fe. Elliott was proactive in contacting me with the latest Hyundai finance offer and the whole process was quick and seamless. I would recommend Elliott and Hyundai Guildford for your new car needs.

Very professional team. Adam was very helpful.
