Richmond Motor Group - Guildford Hyundai Arvostelua

Sam was excellent and he made the buying experience really pleasant.

We had the most amazing experience in Richmond Guildford. Special thanks to Abi who was the one assisted us the whole time. She was very helpful. Over-all the transaction was fast and smooth. To the team thank you so much for all of your help.

Elliott was great and helped out with a speedy handover when I needed it

Brought my Kona for its scheduled annual service this morning at 8am. Though I was supposed to use the auto locker to drop my keys, there was no need as Chris Ledesma, one of the service advisors, was there to greet me and immediately processed my booking. He went through it and asked if there are issues I am aware of that I wanted the shop to look at. Though I was booked for the whole day, he gave me a specific time frame of when I can come back to pick up my car. He updated me regularly and phoned me as soon as the car was ready. Didn’t have to wait long as well to pick up my car. That’s what you call a customer focused, friendly and efficient service. Thanks Chris for looking after me today. Your friendly and efficient service is much appreciated.

Many thanks to Elliot Falkner for his help and professionalism when buying our new car.
Great service from start to finish-thankyou

Chris really looks after you in the parts / service department and Hyundai warranty is as good as its word. He's always available to talk to and calls back when he says he will which really makes all the difference. Ive got a lot of confidence in their Guildford branch as it was a good experience buying it too.

Nic was superb, best ever experience when purchasing a vehicle. Everybody in the dealership was friendly and helpful, and made the whole experience very easy. Would definitely be to anyone.

I Just Wanted to Share Some Well-Deserved Praise for Nic Martin at Hyundai Guilford. He Helped Me find the Perfect Car & Kept Me Informed at Every Stage of the Purchase. His Helpfulness & Great Communication Made the Whole Experience Fantastic. I Really Couldn't Have Asked for Better Service!

A no pressure car buying experience.
Staff were very friendly and attentive. Found the car, all done within a few days. Looking forward to hassle free motoring.

Customer service was exemplary.
From Receptionist to introduction to Sales Executive, namely Samuel Riggs.
Samuel provided us with clear helpful information and found us the car that matched our requirements very quickly.
Abaaz Alam also provided helpful information.
A pleasant experience.

Very professional and friendly service.. Elliot showed me and explained about the car I was looking.. very helpful gentleman..

Worked with Elliott at Hyundai to buy my latest car . Elliott was great at listening to my needs and what I wanted from my next car. No pressure just respectful understanding and then provided various car options. He also worked with the wider Hyundai team to provide a viable package. Elliott is professional, respectful, and provided impartial, objective advice throughout the process. Would highly recommend seeking out Elliott if you want a car.

Chris in the service department at Guildford is brilliant, helped us out of a spot not just once but twice, fabulous customer service, best service advisor ever!

Nic - Helpful from the very start. Answered all of our questions, however trivial. Flexible on arranging everything for us. Patient in explaining all of the new features. Thanks for making the whole process run smoothly.

We would like to compliment the Sales Team for their professional and personable approach. Everything was straightforward without the usual inauthentic experience we normally experience with salespeople generally. We did not experience the usual rigmarole around agreeing on a fair price. We were reassured and a follow up call was made to ensure we were happy with the car. Our experience was so positive, we are in the process of buying another car from the Guildford Hyundai team.

Very smooth and easy purchase of our Tucson, at a great price. Elliot was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in turning the purchase around quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend

A big thank you to Elliot at Slyfield branch Guildford for making the purchase of our Hyundai Kona quick and easy, a credit to his company with excellent personable skills.

Nic was great. Very smooth process.

I am a happy customer as I had a warranty issue and the warranty was about to run out but Chris in the Guildford service dept managed to fit us in before the end date (which took some doing as they are very busy ) but they did the job assessed the warranty and then fitted the new EPB switch with no hassle at all very good service 👍
