I am happy with my car but being a bit of a dinosaur when it comes to technology I could have done with a bit more time in having explained what all the knobs and buttons are for. The owners manual was a total minefield for me but I am sure that I will work it out within the next 3 months or so. My next purchase is a mobile phone to get the sat-nav to work. It also took me a while to find out the the wing mirrors were manual. Apart from that all is well.
I look forward to receiving a spare key and M.O.T.

P.S. Thankfully at my age I won't have to think about buying another car ; if I do it will be back to a classic
which can be fixed with a screwdriver and a couple of spanners.

Went in for diagnostics for a boot that wouldn't open. I was anxious about charges but Chris Ledesma kept me in touch throughout the day and had called me before the appointment so that I knew exactly what would happen on the day. They found the problem and advised that it would be covered by the warranty. Chris organised a lift home for me as I was stranded and the problem was fixed over night. Chris then helped me sort out a service plan to prevent further stress - I get free MOTs with that too! He then came and sat in the car with me as I wasn't sure what all the buttons did. Everyone was professional and helpful and it's great to know that I have a contact at the Guildford branch to email when the car needs booking in. A good experience all round. Thank you!
