Rhino Billiards Arvostelua 

Das Rhino-Queue ist wahrlich exzellent; sowohl seine Haptik als auch seine Spieleigenschaften sind herausragend. Ich habe mich für dieses Queue entschieden, da ich als großgewachsener Spieler einen 30-Zoll-Schaft mit einem 3/8x10-Gewinde benötige. Andere renommierte Hersteller verlangen für diese Länge fast 600 Euro. Da mir Rhino zuvor gänzlich unbekannt war, zögerte ich zunächst, einen Queue-Oberteil aus Vietnam für 340 Euro – zuzüglich Zollgebühren – zu bestellen.
Die Lieferzeit betrug 6 Tage. Leider löste sich die Pommeranze bereits nach nur einer Stunde Spielzeit, weshalb ich sie von einem Händler vor Ort neu verkleben ließ. Ich meldete den Vorfall an Rhino und erhielt innerhalb von zwei Tagen eine entsprechende Rückerstattung. Das Spiel geht nun leichter von der Hand; Rückläufer, Nachläufer und Effetstöße erfordern nun weniger Kraftaufwand. Ob die „Low Deflection“-Eigenschaft tatsächlich wirksam ist, kann ich noch nicht mit Bestimmtheit sagen, da ich sie noch nicht hinreichend getestet habe. Ich würde jedoch dazu tendieren, dies zu bejahen, da ich das Gefühl habe, nun häufiger auch weite Stöße erfolgreich zu versenken.

I contacted Rhino and asked them if their shaft would fit a modified pin. I sent some dimensions and after reviewing it they told me that their "off the shelf" shaft would not fit, but they would be happy to make one in the shop. I ordered a MUST shaft and it arrived in just a few weeks. Absolutely perfect fit and the hit feels great! Outstanding communication. Great company to deal with and a great overall experience.

I used it 2 days after get it, And Tip has a manufacturer flaw, tip rattles when you use it, now I'm on 3 weeks trying to get a replacement or refund, And they are doing everything to make me keep it and Nor replace or refund. Very disappointed with there Customer service.

I ordered this carbon fiber shaft from this company. And after waiting over fifteen days to get it, i received the wrong joint in the shaft. They gave me a message Em back numerous times and ask Em. Is there a way they can fix the problem? They refuse to work with me told me I was stuck with shaft that I had absolutely horrible service. Be careful when you purchase stuff from them

Ich habe mir ein Queue bestellt. Die Lieferung ging sehr schnell von statten.
Mit der Qualität des Produktes bin ich sehr zufrieden, das Queue ist gerade und liegt für mich perfekt in der Hand. Man hat damit ein gutes Gefühl beim spielen.
Mit dem Kundensupport habe ich einige male geschrieben. Die Antworten sind immer sehr Zeitnah gekommen und konnten mir gut. weiterhelfe.
Ich werde das nächste mal wieder hier bestellen.

The shaft have amazing feeling every stroke, and really like the sport grip on my butt. Just what I need. I really like the rubber feel on my hand. It took 2 weeks before It arrived at my house but it's all worth waiting for. And customer service is amazing too.

The day after receiving my new Rhino breaking shaft it made its debut in my final 9 ball match of the session. Untested and fresh out of the box, the control and precision was absolutely noticeable which was much needed as I struggled with breaking to hard all session. But with that control came quick confidence in the shaft which lead to a 9 ball break to end the match with a score of 31 to 1. Absolutely clutch.

Purchased a Nebula 2 cue with 11.88mm shaft from Amazon. Also purchased the weight kit. Wonderful cue for the money. The cue price dropped $60.00 in a week and Rhino honored the new price by sending me their $70.00 hard cue case at no cost. I’ve since purchased another shaft for my cue.
