I ordered a custom shaft with a premium soft tip. I hadn’t originally noticed the company location and was surprised with the longer wait time to receive it. However after reaching out to them, I received a timely response and thorough explanation and was extremely happy with the final product. It may take 20-30 days to receive but it is more than worth the wait!

I did a lot of research over several weeks, to identify the best carbon fiber cue that fit my budget. Rhino's patient customer service team was very quick to respond via e-mail with understandable and useful answers to my several e-mails and multiple questions, prior to my deciding to purchase a Rhino cue directly on Rhino's website. I opted to buy a U.S. stocked Nebula 2 cue with 12.4 tip (only non-custom option is Rhino's default Time Crystal medium tip), to avoid the approximate 30 day delay to have the Viet Nam factory customize and ship one to me with my preferred Precision brand 10 layer soft tip. Shipping data updated daily, and I received my cue within 3 days :)
The charcoal gray cue is a beauty, and the craftsmanship is excellent! I love this cue, and made my best effort for about 10 days to become accurate with Rhino's Time Crystal tip. Although that default tip gets many rave reviews, there are also a good percantage of reviews from players who don't like it. I found the default tip just wasn't a good fit for me, so I had my excellent local billiards shop replace it with a Precision soft, and now it is perfect! I previously used maple cues, and was a bit nervous about switching to CF but with the tip change I don't experience any of the complaints that are often stated about moving from maple to carbon fiber. Note: This is a playing cue, so buy a break/jump shaft, or use a house cue for breaks and jumps, and you'll be happy with it. I do think Rhino should consider possibly stocking some cues in the U.S., with a premium leather soft tip but otherwise, what a fantastic cue!

Gave them three stars the first time only to find I had received my second order but my wife placed it in the wrong place. When o emailed customer service about my first order being hung up in one place they immediately got it moving and is coming today!! Very fast response !!

Need to be able to return it use it one time to tip broke off.

After receiving my Must shaft the tip fell off only after a few hits.

Not a big deal, but the glove was not included with my purchase. I live in Ecuador and though I purchased the cue a month ago, I just got to Virginia recently.
