Recharge Installed my Geely Charger and they were reasonably charged and did a very professional job, highly recommended.

Really quick and very reliable service. I

Good reliable, organisation. Did what they said when they planned to. Friendly, courteous trades people. Tidied up after the job.

High quality, Professional , experienced and well qualified

Great service. Competitive pricing. Easy process.

We were looking for an EV car charger for our garage when we came across Rev, who offered us a $100 discount. The total cost came to just $688, which was excellent value.

Everything moved quickly, and within two weeks our charger was professionally installed by electrician Johnny Bozinovski. He was efficient, reliable, and completed the job to a high standard. I also received the electrical compliance certificate promptly after the installation.

We’re very happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend Rev for anyone looking to install an EV car charger.

Really easy experience from the very first phone call. They arrived on time and the install was very neat and tidy.

Can highly recommend. Lightning fast quotes, three well thought-out hardware options, tracking on my charger received same day, installer scheduled next day. Very clean install and all my questions answered during the process. Thanks Revcharge!

Unmatched experience from quote to installation.
Two key points which made me give 5 stars

Fixed price & the installers expertise in setting up my zappi smart charger

Worst company to deal with in regards to after service. Better hope the installation goes well without any issues.

Almost impossible to make any service claim. The first time was after the installation, the isolation box wasn't installed correctly so the switch can't be turned off. Took about 4 months of follow-up emails for them to eventually send someone out. Turns out it was a loose cable at the switch.

Now, the wall box charging unit is having issue, seems to be faulty as it charges sometimes but mostly not, could be more bad cabelling inside. They agreed it still under warranty. Its been about a month now with several emails which usually takes a lot of time to get replied. What's the point of having a home charger that can't be used!

Avoid this company or just hope you have no problem.

(update)
Change from 1star to 3star. Revcharge has eventually replaced the faulty unit with a new one. They replaced it with another brand and not going through the manufacturer warranty, that's a nice touch. This would have been a five stars if they haven't mucked around for a long time. Overall, it seems Revcharge may have had a new service team which has improved overall.

Rev Charge has been fantastic to deal with. Their pricing is genuinely competitive, the communication is clear and consistent, and the whole process is refreshingly easy. Everything was handled efficiently from start to finish, making the experience smooth and stress‑free. I recommend them!

One call and supply, installation and set up all organised. App set up and follow up to check all is operating, using solar and battery before the grid. Neat instalation with generous cable.

Very seamless installation process and upfront fixed pricing. They gave us three options based on our budget to decide. Once we paid, install were professionally done within 2 weeks. Thanks guys.

Great install, no issues, good communication

Have been waiting for over a month for Revcharge to respond to a quote request.
6 emails and 3 phone calls and still nothing.
Their reply is that they will contact you within 24 hours and provide a quote.
I want to but Australian made but this doesn't help

I have now received a response and things are moving in a positive direction.

Service with communication was great and installation went very well.

We just had a battery install done by the Revcharge team.
They were efficient in their communication and weren't shy in answering my questions over the journey.

On the day Hayley did an amazing job, kelt me informed of power outages as they were needed.

Overall such a positive and professional experience.

Great experience with Revcharge for my Gen 3 Wall Connector. Despite the unit being out of stock initially, they kept me updated and shipped it exactly when promised. Delivery was prompt and the installation was seamless. The electrician was professional, took the time to answer all my technical questions, and did a very clean job. Highly recommend them for a hassle-free EV setup

Revcharge were easy to communicate with throughout the process, and the EV charger installation was completed to a good standard. Pricing was also reasonable. Overall, a smooth experience.

Excellent & easy communication throughout the entire process.

Great price, no problems!

Can’t recommend enough. Go Revcharge for all things EV!
