Great experience with Revcharge! They installed my 7kW EV charger at a very affordable price, and the whole process was quick and hassle-free. The team was efficient, professional, and got the job done without any delays. If you're looking for an affordable and reliable EV charger installation, I highly recommend Revcharge!

A very much on the ball company is Revcharge, they have a very good quotation system and keep you well informed once you have accepted the quote their electrician is also very prompt and professional, an all round great service from Revcharge.

I could have sourced a charger myself and hired a qualified electrician to wire and install it, but I chose Revcharge because I wanted the reassurance of using a company that specialises in EV charger installations.

Unfortunately, the installation experience was incredibly underwhelming:

* The installer arrived more than two hours late. I understand that things happen, but a simple update beforehand would have been helpful. I had structured my day around the agreed arrival time and timeframe, and had to follow up repeatedly before receiving confirmation that the installation would still take place that day.
* The installer had very limited knowledge of the charger or its app. Other than providing the printed QR code that came with the charger, there was little guidance provided on the charger’s functionality or the app. There was also no discussion about how the charger should be wired or configured to best suit my preferences around charging from solar, battery or the grid.
* Most disappointing was the lack of follow-up after installation. Within an hour of the installation, I notified the installer about a wiring fault appearing in the app. The message has been read, but three days later I have still received no response or assistance.

I chose Revcharge specifically because I expected the expertise and peace of mind that should come with using a specialist EV charging company. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Revcharge. If I were doing this again, I would look for an experienced, reliable local installer who could provide not only a proper installation, but also the product knowledge and after-sales support you would expect from a specialist.

Lesson learnt.

Johnny from RevCharge did an excellent job installing my EV charger. He was professional, friendly, and efficient, and the installation was completed to a high standard. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend Johnny to anyone needing an EV charger installed.

The installation booking happened within a week of accepting the quote, my complimentary charger was shipped the same day I picked up my EV & communication including customer follow-up was excellent. The installers arrived on time, were friendly & efficient, explained their work before & after the job & did excellent work in what was a difficult installation. The worksite was cleaned before they left.

Team from Revcharge were professional, efficient and gave excellent operational advice. Recommend this service.

Great service. The installer was proficient and very helpful, They were punctual and completed the job without any issues. After the install they explained everything to me before they left the job. i would recommend them.

Everything was very easy with Revcharge. Quotation was fast and efficient, just had give them a couple of basic details and send a couple of pictures and boom, reasonably priced installation was only a few days away. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped get the app up and running and he did a great clean up job. Five star experience.

Poor communication from the very beginning. It seems the quoting system is automated, but once you have questions or email, no one actually gets back to you.

I received my EV charger last week and was told the installation would be seamless. I was assigned an installer who booked a date without anyone checking whether I’d be home. When I called Revcharge to reschedule, I was told I had to contact the installer myself.

The installer didn’t even seem to know he had been contracted by Revcharge and mentioned he gets 1–2 calls a day from customers enquiring about Revcharge installations that he has no information about.

I then called customer service, and someone said they would contact the installer on my behalf. I’m still waiting.

Honestly, I wish I had gone with a different company or just used my local electrician. This has been far from the seamless installation I was promised.
