I ordered a pair of sunglasses, now their website is gone and I never received my sunglasses. And I had to pay 120$ in advance...

Good design, different sizes should be an option...
I'm frustrated... The craftmanship is wonderful, as is the design, but the glasses are simply too small for me... I'll give these to a friend.

Retrovision Eyeware is top notch!
To date I have purchased seven pair of the John Lennon Mayfair glasses. These are nearly exact reproductions of the originals and I have found them to be very sturdy and of very high quality. I've been using my first pair for 2 and a half years now and they are still flawless. The owner is very responsive to any inquiry and is a pleasure to do business with. This is most certainly an online business you can absolutely trust!

Unique, quality glasses
Love Retrovision Eyewear and have bought 4 pairs over the last few years, some as gifts, some for myself. There are not really frames like these out and about in the modern sunglasses market. I'm hoping that this style doesn't get co-opted by other brands, as I love how unique they are and I always get questions (where did you get those?). Thanks for making the Mayfair a reality Retrovision!

I bought two pairs of those glasses. Got questions on origin. Telling broadly.
Why not try something like the Allen Ginsberg glasses. Jewish style shines thru but still, iconic.

Killer glasses!
I am very appreciative of these glasses. I am a big fan of John Lennon. While my face is round and not narrow and thin like John's, these glasses are a wee small looking on my face. Regardless no one here on the West Coast in Sacramento where I live has these frames. People alway note them and ask about them. Thank you!

So happy I found them
After a while searching for johns frames and I finally found them. The only thing that kind of still bothers me is that although they are the same frame shape and detail, the color is WAY to bright and not opaque like they should be and their smaller than I expected. But hey still have to love them

Thank you for your feedback Fernando. We've actually done a lot of research into the frame to get the shape and the color just right. Lennon wore three different colors of Mayfair glasses: honey-orange, caramel and clear. The only opaque Mayfair frame that Lennon was the caramel frame, which we do not sell. At present we sell a translucent honey-orange Mayfair frame and a clear Mayfair frame, but plans are in the pipeline to add more color options in the near future.
