I was suspicious of some of the good prices on Fashta but the free returns policy sold me. When the jacket arrived it was far too small to be a size 36. It is not slim fit, but stretch fit. I have bought plenty of 36 suit jackets and this is much smaller. I emailed about a return and they offered me a discount instead, and provided a return address if I declined. I emailed them about the free return label and they never responded again. I've filed a claim on PayPal and sent them the screenshots of the free returns policy.

Fashta used to be a nice place for shopping on line but not anymore! New management do not comply with policy rules about returns specifically. New management behave itself outrageous! I do not recommend to deal with this company!

Sweater I ordered from Overstock.com vendor Fashta had the right sleeve seam not sewn, from cuff up to about 6 inches! Since it was manufacturer defect, I thought it would a be a simple return and Fashta would pay return postage LIKE EVERY OTHER REPUTABLE COMPANY! NOPE. They wanted me to jump through hoops, to include photo (won't they see that when they get it back??) . I'm a disabled war vet and don't have a smart phone or digital camera.so I can't send a photo. They don't care. Overstockcom called trying to "mediate" things but still said I had to somehow send a photo. It's not worth the aggravation. Lesson learned! I'll just pay the pittance for return postage and be done with them. Fashta and Overstock.com have both lost me as a customer and I will tell everyone I can think of about their lousy customer service.

I purchased a Michael Kors handbag from Fashta recently. Quite frankly, I did not expect it to be in the near perfect condition it was. If anything, the description exaggerated the very minor flaws. The tiny scratches that were on the hardware on the bottom of the bag were nothing more than I would have done to it the first time I used it.
Shipping was free and lightning fast - purchased very late in the day on Tuesday, it shipped from California on Wednesday and arrived in Florida on Friday. The available option of free returns was nice to have there, makes one feel a little safer buying something online.
I was extremely impressed with the whole experience and will definitely be shopping there again.

I ordered a dress it came on time with free shipping . The dress unfortunately didn't fit on me so I had to return for free. Costume service helped and explain to me what to do very nice people to do business with. The refund came in my bank account in 3 business day. Thank you!

It took me a while to start buying my clothes online but when I found fashta.com, I realized that I get free shipping and free returns and buy what I want at a low price, I'm hooked. The customer service was excellent, I sent them an email with some questions and someone got back to me within minutes. I was shocked at the handbag selection and the low prices. I'm a fashta customer for as long as these guys are around. Thank you!
