Waste of Money
You can't edit your main subheading. What kind of resume builder is that?! I called customer service and they couldn't change it, either! How do you have the nerve to call yourself "Resume Lab" when you can't edit the main subheading!!! I'd rather have spent the fee on a crappy cup of coffee!

DON'T fall for the "free" trial!!
After receiving a free trial, I was charged over 20 dollars for a subscription I did not want. I canceled the day after I was charged. Mind you, I did not access this service at all since the first day of the free trial. I am a single, unemployed mother with no income and I relayed this to customer service when I requested a refund. Once again, I did not, and will not, be using the service so I assumed this would be no issue. They proceeded to "prorate" me 11 dollars for "the remainder of the service"... I canceled 1 day after I was charged for a service I did not access or use. Absolute joke, terrible customer service.
People using resume lab are clearly seeking work and here this company is taking advantage of people. There are free services that do the same thing. Seek them out!

Excellent product but customer service issues
Product is very good but I tried to cancel the subscription and emailed them several times.
They did get back to me eventually and refunded the correct amount but for this they get 4 stars not 5.
