I selected MyResume out of a lot of competitors. The format althought similiar. I appreciated the workflow and the ease of adding and editing my information. I submitted my first resume and cover letter to a com-any who was very impressed. I did change some of the pre-filled responses to make it my own. I feel good about this opportunity and would recommend this site to all those looking to reivent themselves and/or redefine their skill sets to market yourself to the workforce. The has been a Great experience, I pray I won't need it again anytime soon. But, If I do, i will definitely come back to Myresume services!

I had account. Changing jobs. Tried to use my account. Would not allow me called was told use different email. Tried again went for hour made changes wouldn’t allow to pay and get resume called again told use another email and different phone number. Really then number is wrong and get new email. They would not help me I’m sure they could do something it’s their site. Don’t want to help and could only understand about 2 of 5 words she spoke I’m sure in another country. Do not use them. Willing to pay just make it where I can after an hour working on it. Not one star negative 5 for not using people that can speak clear English and don’t care to lose customers stay away if only need 1 you might be ok but can’t go back in and make changes. They suck

Total BS. No editing for other language, sh_tty data import, after 30-40 min when everything is almost ok You can´t download the result without paying. Not recommended!

The resume and cover letter were great. I needed them for a college assignment. The only reason I am cancelling for now is that they extended my program and finishing this degree is my priority and when I am ready to job hunt I will be back.
