Ich habe Restoro am 27.1.23 heruntergeladen und auch erfolgreich installiert. Scannen des PC verlief auch erfolgreich. Allerdings warte ich bis heute trotz mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme ( auch über Pay Pal) noch auf die Zusendung eines Lizenzschlüssels.
Geantwortet wurde immer mit nichtssagenden Mails.

Program seems to work, hard to cancel
Program seems to work. Kept getting popups my subscription was going to expire soon so I bought a new key, proceeded to get an email that my subscription is due to renew. Don't respond to any emails and Paddle also can't do anything. Have to go to paddle.net and talk to the bot to cancel the subscription!! Subscription is cancelled within a minute once you know how to do it. Makes this company feel like a scam.
Edit: Funny how the company tries so hard to explain how their product is not a scam, but isn't responding to how hard it is to cancel their subscription! Apparently they cannot read reviews either.

Konnte keine wirkliche Verbesserung des Systems feststellen. Auch den angeblich 1. kostenlosen Durchlauf gibt es nicht. Keine Möglichkeit das Abo einfach zu kündigen, vom Support auch nach fast einer Woche keine Antwort.

Keine Lizenzschlüssel
RESTORO am 30.Jan.2023 mit Testlizenz installiert, Scan lief ohne Probleme - aber keine vollständige Beseitigung der Fehler (nur 1 Datei wurde behoben). Zur weiteren Rep. sollte noch einmal gescannt werden, dann sollte aber eine Lizenz gekauft werden. Habe Jahreslizenz erworben (34,45 €). Bestätigung per E-Mail kam - aber ohne Lizenzschlüssel. Bei Anforderung kam leere E-Mail, weitere schriftl. Anfragen ergaben keine Antwort. Selbst bei einer E-Mail mit Ticket-ID: PPA-385-28226 gab es keine weitere Reaktion. Habe daher heute den Kauf storniert u. Geld zurückgefordert. Hoffe, das diese Rückabwicklung wenigstens funktioniert. Denn das Programm leitet nach einem Scan immer wieder auf die Kaufoptionen weiter u. das war es dann, das Programm ist somit nicht nutzbar!
Info vom 02.03.2023: Da eine Übermittlung von Lizenzschlüsseln nicht klappte u. ich über den Support von RESTORO nicht weiter kam, habe ich den Kauf letztendlich gekündigt. Kündigung gleichzeitig über Paddle.net. Nach mehrmaligem Schriftwechsel bezüglich der Rückerstattung habe ich die Kaufsumme über Paddle.net zurückerhalten. Es ist schade, dass der Support nur in englisch stattfindet (obwohl die Programme auch in Deutschland von RESTORO verkauft werden u. über die Homepage das nicht erkennbar ist) - für eine deutsche Übersetzung wird eine Übersetzungssoftware eingesetzt. Somit kann es immer beim Einsatz der Übersetzungssoftware zu Unstimmigkeiten kommen. Aber zum Schluss hat alles geklappt. Dafür Dankeschön!

Am 8.1.23 habe ich das Programm herunter geladen.
Der Betrag wurde per Kreditkarte bezahlt.
Bis heute habe ich trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung keinen Lizenzschlüssel erhalten.
Die Fa. Paddle die das Geld kassiert verweist nur auf Restoro und Restoro reagiert nicht.
Ich habe bis heute auch kein Impressum der Restoro gefunden.
Ist wohl alles nur Fake.

Please do not purchase this software it’s a scam!!! I’ve always had a clean PC with no issues because I run a full deep scan from my built in security every day and not once had any malware or viruses. Today I stumbled across an issue with some of my apps not showing the icons, I didn’t know how to fix it myself so I Googled my issue and this Restoro app/software said it would fix it.
I downloaded it and ran a free scan thinking it would fix it, as I was scanning it, it was saying I have multiple Malware’s and a few viruses and I needed to pay for the premium feature to “fix” it, It scared me so I went ahead and brought it and finished the scan. Restarted my computer and I was still having the same issue I had after I finished the scan. I ran a full deep scan with my built in security and it said Restoro has infected files. I removed it straight away and canceled my renew subscription. This software is basically designed to make your PC look infected when it’s actually not, it’s a scare tactic a lot of other softwares use to make you pay for premium subscriptions and also make it nearly impossible for you to cancel. PLEASE AVOID!!!
Edit: don’t listen to these automated replies, it’s all a scare tactic, I installed the free version first then was forced to buy the premium version to remove apparently multiple viruses and malware I didn’t even have on my computer, the only malware I got was from your stupid software, saying I have over 3000 junk files on a fresh PC just to double check if it works. Scam scam scam, nothing but fake numbers to scare your customers into buying premium.

This is actually a joke now, I’m getting emails after cancelling saying “ we can’t refund but we can extend it”😂 it’s offering me free products as “free gift” when the products are free anyways “ look forward to hearing you in court!

Purchasing a license key is optional, as we also offer a free trial license key to perform a manual repair. Simply log on to www.restoro.com/pricing and look for something that says "free manual repair" fill in the details and we'll send you your free key via email.
If you intend to use the free manual license key, do not click on "Fix All Items". Clicking on "Fix All Items", will ask route you to the pricing page as the automatic repair requires a paid license key.
