Initially I was going for a year subscription but read all is automatic and the paid would increase after the first year. I am glad I did not go ahead with this and end up paying $30 plus for one session only but the software did not sort out my issue, end up more frustrated- they just took my money.

På baggrund af en anmeldelse, som jeg lagde på Trust Pilot, har jeg i dag modtaget besked fra Restore om, at de vil refundere de 227,44 kr., som programmet kostede. Tusind tak til Restore for dette.
Nu venter jeg spændt på, om min bank er i stand til at opklare, hvem der står bag de 3 andre hævninger: Thebodygal, Px-Properfood & Wavess-e-bill.com.
Det kostede mig netto 791,64 kr.

Tool versagte, aber Rückerstattung
Leider versagte das Tool bei der gewünschten Aktion und verschlimmbesserte den Rechner.
Als sehr positiv bewerte ich, dass restoro seinen Vertragsbedingungen, zwar mit einigen Tagen Bearbeitung, voll und ganz nachgekommen ist und den Vertrag rückabgewickelt und storniert hat. Ebenso werden die SW-Kosten voll rückerstattet.

They take your money for a product that does not work
Downloaded the product to improve computer performance; ran the scan and it made certain apps on my system UNUSABLE so I had to do a system restore to get my computer back into the condition it was before.
Processed a refund over 2 weeks ago and sent countless emails with NO RESPONSE from them. They advertise '24/7' customer support yet no one has got in contact to refund my purchase given that it left my computer in a worse state than it was before!

I clicked on their website because they adverticed a free scan of my computer, then they wanted to charge after it was done. (which wasn't very good anyway) Just STAY AWAY. Keep using AVAST it IS free and quite good.

Restoro hat mir zwei mal den Jahresbetrag abgebucht. Trotz mehrmaliger Aufforderung den einen Betrag wieder zu retournieren bekam ich keine Antwort. ACHTUNG!!!! FINGER WEG VON DIESEM TOOL!!!
Es taugt nichts und ist vor Allem bei Schwierigkeiten nicht erreichbar. Dies sind nur auf das Geld aus und sonst nichts!

RESTORO hat Laptop-Tastatur u. Akkuanzeige ruiniert
Durch den Einsatz von RESTORO sind auf meinem MS Surface 3 - Laptop mit Windows 11 die Taststur und die Akkuanzeige in derTaskleiste außer Gefecht gesetzt worden. Ich mußte notgedrungen eine externe Tastatur per USB anschließen.Für den mobilen Einsatz ist das Laptop nicht mehr zu gebrauchen.

Doet niet wat het belooft! Is zeker geen verbetering. Vorige week geïnstalleerd, maar nu alweer verwijderd en PC teruggezet in vroegere staat.
Heb reeds onmiddellijk gemaild, maar je krijgt geen antwoord en heb duidelijk mijn geld teruggevraagd want zit ruim binnen de 60 dagen. Ze doen niet wat ze beloven! 60-dagen geldteruggarantie? Ze reageren niet eens. Als ik mails krijg van hun is het om nog meer reclame te maken. Dat geld ben ik dus kwijt en nu moet ik blijkbaar opletten dat deze gangsters mij geld volgend jaar weer niet van de rekening halen.

Bought Restoro in 2022. Cancelled in 2023 but no refund.
Bought Restoro in 2022. Used it on one computer but it didn't fix anything that I could tell. A year later I received an email saying the subscription would auto-renew and gave me a link that didn't give me any information whatsoever as to just what credit account would be charged. Also, cancellation was via email which I did. By the time they got around to cancelling, my Paypal accout had already been charged. Now that won't refund and Paypal denies responsibility and won't reverse that charge.
