After successfully completing the transfer, i can no longer use the new computer, The login screen is locked. I cannot type anything in or get into safe mode.

Their chat was very nice but not helpful.

Before I used Zinstall, I tried doing a transfer using Microsoft's Windows transfer procedure. Microsoft claimed it would transfer everything but all it did was transfer files, not programs. So then I used Zinstall that successfully transferred and installed programs on my new computer. The process can take a long time and that's because, when transferring programs, it has to write entries into the new Windows registry which Microsoft's procedure won't due. I haven't checked yet to see if my using both processed resulted in duplicate file but, if it did, that's my fault for now using Zinstall in the first place. I would definitely recommend anyone getting a new computer to do the transfer using Zinstall rather than doing a Windows transfer through Micosoft,

One Tip: MS will reconnect OneDrive if you've disconnected.

While the software initially appeared to work, my PC soon became extremely sluggish and developed numerous registry issues, including duplicate and conflicting entries. After about a day, I encountered the Windows 11 equivalent of the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD). Following several unsuccessful attempts by Windows to automatically repair the problem, I was informed that the issue could not be resolved.

My only option was to perform a complete factory reset of the laptop and manually reinstall and reconfigure everything. This process took approximately 20 hours of work. Although the reset ultimately restored the computer to proper working order, it was a significant inconvenience and resulted in a substantial loss of time.

I contacted the company multiple times to request a refund, but I never received a response.

Because I'm not a techie I was skeptical. Zinstall proved me wrong! I went from a Panasonic WIN10 machine to an HP WIN11 and did not lose a thing. Zinstall's claims were true for me. Took time but was worth it. I'm just smart enough to get into trouble with technology. I got kicked-off by my provider 2x and had to start over but that was my ISP's fault, not Zinstall. I had this done a couple years ago by a big box store on a different machine and ended up with several corrupted files and all transfers were tagged 'copy'. None of this nonsense with Zinstall! I had good fortune with these guys and hopefully you will also.

The transfer to my new computer went without hitch

The program worked as advertised, and I was able to get my new computer up and running with all of the programs and files overnight. Fabulous.

This is the second time I have used this software to move to a new laptop, and as before, the transition was seamless and extremely easy. I will certainly use the software for my next transfer as well

Total crap, bought a new computer and tried using this to simplify transfer of stuff from old one. took forever to complete and then most files were corrupted. some programs did transfer and was able to use them. about 40% of them had to be reinstalled and nearly lost access to my discord account. I do not reccommend if i had it to do over i'd have kept my $140 and just used a ftp program and done the work i wound up having to do anyway. Update: now over 2 weeks in still nothing but crickets from support. Still trying to recover what I can.

The pc to pc transfer went very smoothly. I have used Zinstall 4 times in several years and it always works perfectly. In all fairness, I did have to reinstall a couple programs but since I have many programs installed. Not bad.

Using ZINSTALL was the easiest transfer I have ever experienced. Windows 10 to new LGRAM Window 11 with zero problems. Great product.

The tech, Gonzalo, went above and beyond to make the process work, was patient, and spent a looong time to work things out. There was one glitch which was probably not even Zinstall's fault and G. spent a lot of time to make it right. Excellent service!

The software worked great, was very easy to setup and run on both computers, and the transfer was completely successful. I tried twice over my network but finally had to use an ethernet cable to make the connection. That configuration worked without issues.

This was the easiest transfer I have every done. It took a while for it to happen, but I didn't have to babysit it. That meant I accomplished other things while the transfer was ongoing. I just checked it now and then.

The program doesn't work. It shuts down every 15 minutes and you have to start over so you never make any progress. When you contact support, if you get any response, they try to sell you an upgrade which doesn't work either. Big Rip off. Bought PCMover at half the price and it had the whole thing done within a few hours. Easy Peasy. Don't waste your time and money on Zinstall.

The last time I bought a new computer I let the tech guy transer my stuff, Iost lots of stuff particularly videos I had played around with. So this time I was advised to buy a external hard drive but it would not be possible to transfer every thing over. I am 75 years old and not a tech guy, but searched the net and found zinstall. I was expecting something to go wrong most of the time the program was transferring but every thing went smoothly and now my family are calling me the tech guy

I was a little apprehensive in trying to transfer over to a new desktop without having to do a lot of technical stuff and after researching and comparing a few options, I went with Zinstall. I was pleasantly surprised at just how seamless it was. I installed the software on both desktops, hit start and didn't have to do anything else. I continued using my old desktop while it was transferring everything and it took about 12 hours because I didn't have a wired connection, only wifi.
I would definitely recommend it!
